Loss of Orgasm -- Need Help

I have never had this problem before, but recently i have felt little to no sexual excitement, even during sex. I haven't orgasmed in over a month, and it's causing my boyfriend to become very insecure. He thinks it's something he's doing wrong, when i'm pretty sure there is something wrong with me.

does anyone have any clue? has anyone ever experienced this? What do i do?

    Hello CollegeChic-
Sometimes women have dry spells. This could simply be hormonal. It happens. Have you had any recent medication changes or medical conditions? That could be a factor as well. Physical and/or emotional stress can also affect your sex drive. That includes but is not limited to inadequate sleep etc... Give it some time and try not to stress out over it. That can only make it worse. If you can offer this as a little comfort to your boyfriend, then hopefully it will put you both at ease. I hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem, I've always been able to orgasm, and now I can't. But I still have a sex drive, and it's driving me nuts. I feel insecure, not my boyfriend.

I've had the same problem, boyfriend confidence issues as well, for about...6 months. The only thing I can tell you is to either: 1. Increase amount of foreplay. It really does help, and sex is a lot more fun. 2. Bring in toys. Some guys aren't really into the idea, and if that's the case, I wouldn't push him. They can feel inadequate when toys are mentioned, feeling like they aren't enough to satisfy you. 3. Use clitoral stimulation during intercourse. It's the only way I can even come close to an orgasm. 4. Use special gels or stimulates to increase pleasure. I've seen quite a few that look like fun. Just look around online.

Those are just a few suggestions. As you probably know, it is very common to be able to orgasm, and then not to be able too. It happens to the best of us. One factor I know that prevents me from orgasm is stress. Stress is HUGE blocker in orgasms.

I have that problem alot!! It sucks it's kinda like inquisitive said, we have "dry spells"... Whether it's an imbalance in hormones, stress, a crappy diet, or any other number of things, it just kinda happens. What the guys seem to forget, is that we're not like them! Sex is alot harder for us -.- you've gotta be comfortable with yourself, and be able to relax and let your mind go. Not like "mmm yeah baby, *hmm... did I leave the stove on? I really should do some laundry...* " Lol. My main problem seems to be just, my mind is in other places, or I just lose my interest/drive like, halfway through! Gah! So frustrating! I've found that what really helps, is relaxing and having a drink or two beforehand, taking a warm bath, or even experimenting a little sometimes a night with your loved one, and a nice little "bullet toy" can help kick that dry spell in the hiney! Hahaha. Take a look at something like this -> (edit links - not allowed)
