    inquisitive1,

thank you for your advice i aoppreciate it. 1) i started at the gym not to long ago so i dont see any results yet but i feel more wake now with more energy, beside i take my kids with me so they boost me up to go because since they play they love going. 2) i dont see it as a race beacause i know that men loose the weight faster than women do, he does not judge me he helps me on the works which is a good thing. 3) depression medication i stopped along time ago because i felt that i was drowning instead od getting better so the doctor took them away and i only took session therapy for my depression status which it went away. 4) my husband does not believe that talking to someone about our situations will help us so thats why i joined here and its way cheaper LOL. 5) about hurting myself yes i used to think about alot but not anymore i see the bigger picture my beautiful boys. when i see them smile and happy nothing can go wrong.

      anonymouswhitefemale,

im sure that he feels alot for me too we have been together for 10 years now. about the rejection thing yes its hard on him he has told me many times that it doesnt feel good and he has done it to me to prove to me thats its not nice and i felt really terrible because i ussually dont want it and when i wanted it he refudes to give it to me.

i agree with you that losing weight will make me feel more attractive because now i dont feel attractive at all. and i am trying my best to be open about the situation i am in and to get better i want for my husband and i to have a regular sex life like we did before we had kids, we used to have it everyday morning day and night.

Keep on giving the workouts time to see the results. Oh and know you will experience some plateaus. You haven't stopped losing weight when this happens your just replacing fat with muscle, the muscle weighs more than fat, but is more compact (takes up less space). When this occurs your losing more inches as opposed to pounds. That's a good thing! It's good to hear you don't see it as a race. That concerned me when you compared yourself with your husband. Your husband obviously still desires you and it doesn't sound like he's trying to put you in a closet so try not to be so hard on yourself and self-conscious. There's no embarrassment in what you are or what you're doing to self improve-only pride! It's nice to hear he helps you and is not judgemental. You were cleared by your physician and that's possitive progression. It's a shame health care is so expensive. The solving your problems in-house situation is one I am so familiar with. I'm am happy to hear you're not having thoughts of harming yourself anymore. It seems you're seeking advice as you stated, but you seem to be on the right track for the most part. I think you've gotten some sound imput for the most part so far. Perhaps you just need more encourgagement and support to stay your course towards improvements. I will pray for that for you.

It was not my intention to offend you or be too intrusive, I just wanted to make sure you were safe. If I did I appologize.
