who is fed up with all the porn posts

who has had enough of this site becoming more of a anti porn forum.

i think we can all agree that the porn topic has been over done now and it is just getting boring.

we all have different views on the subject, but it seems some people are still not happy and keep pushing their views down peoples throats.

who would like to see less posts about porn?

i encourage you to exercise the same civil liberties that allow you to roll around in porn -

and avoid all posts dealing with porn.

    especially the ones you started.

this way silly people like me could push our opinions only down the throats of the folks who choose to read the threads.

kind of like all the porn that fills up my email inbox without me asking for it. i relegate it to a junk folder.

just think of the porn posts as junk folders hotdogg -

    and stay away.

        you're so right.

i need to stay away from all the posts that i find boring & overused.

        i'll do that. thanks.

and i guess it would be unethical for me to vote, so i'll refrain.

I don't even click on topics that have the word "porn" in the title. It's nothing but bicker-bicker.
An important topic it may be, but done, redone, and completely annoying it also is.
Of course, so are topics named "OMG HALP I DONT NO WUT 2 DO"
Just give me a clue in the name. Please? Because that title only means something if it's posted in the Pregnancy forum.

anyone with a weak argument on the issue, for starters.

              Sick Of Dogg

I have always loved dogs... until now. I find the constant posting by this person to be the one thing I have not enjoyed about this educational topic. This person must make her living from porn and therefore she is desperate to convince the rest of us that what we are feeling and what intelligent people are saying is ****. I wish she would be struck from the boards.

                ali - excellent point.

the reason it's a problem, though, is that the arguments are accompanied by anger - which beget sarcasm & disrespect.

i see no problem with arguing over a contentious subject like porn - especially when people are able to "watch" the arguments unfold & pull useful info from people's posts.

no different from watching a political debate on TV in order to better understand the issues the politicians are debating.

the sandbox is only a problem when one kid stands up & declares, "no more sandcastles because i don't like the way you build yours!"

of course, sometimes cats **** in the sandbox & that's certainly a problem too - or doggs, for that matter.

ali - that was for hotdogg, who started this thread.

fun as it was - it was a little too sarcastic.

                    sorry for the confusion.
