my boyfriend loves anal, I don't
Hey, I have a random question. My boyfriend loves anal sex but we don't do it because I don't like it. I am really open in most things when it comes to sex, though, but not this one thing. However, does this mean that sex with other girls has been much better than it is with me because we don't do anal, which he loves? -
You mean he loves giving anal, not receiving it?
He is probably hoping you have a change of heart if he loves it so much.
Has he told you that all other girls did anal? Has he compared you to other girls?I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
...
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia -
Personally, I don't like anal, it feels to tight (for my liking, I'm uncircumcised and have very, very sensitive glans) and on the few occasions I have done it (because the woman wanted me to) when I pulled out I had some poo on my penis (not her fault but not optimal). If a woman really, really wants me to I may do it again but if I don't it wouldn't bother me.
Some women are simply partial to anal sex and will request to their partners that they do it; others not so much, and there is nothing wrong with that and it is nothing to b embarrassed about.
Based on my own observations (speaking to friends etc) the male interest in anal is quite intriguing. First of all, I think men want to do it firstly, just so they can say they've done it, that is to say they view it first and foremost as a sexual accomplishment.
Secondly, men (understandably) like to think that their partners derive more pleasure from sex with them than they did with previous partners, so if a man knows, or even suspects that a woman has had anal sex with a previous partner he'll want you to do it with him to (and enjoy it more). If a woman hasn't done it before a man will likely want to be the first person you do it with, perhaps partly out of enjoyment and sexual pleasure (with the reassurance you can't compare the experience to anyone else) and partly in an 'I got there first' juvenile male way.
Thirdly, and most perversely, I've heard men admit that they like seeing a woman's reaction to anal, since it would only be able to be induced from vaginal sex if the man had an enormous penis. That is to say an average sized man can have anal sex with a woman and the feeling of tightness and possible discomfort will make the man feel a lot bigger and a lot more in control. while this is not necessarily wrong in and of itself I think the attraction to man is that it will greatly reduce any intimidation he feels that his partners sexual experience invokes in him.
Fourthly, like women, I do think some men just genuinely like it, but my own research tells me it is more to do with at least one of the above. No matter how objective we try to be, we all see through our own eyes...Comment

"....does this mean that sex with other girls has been much better than it is with me because we don't do anal, which he loves? "
Hardly... What this means, if true, is that he is comparing you to other girls he has had sex with and,
A)Who compares and shares stuff like this with their partner?, and
B)He apparently doesn't cre much about you ro for you IF he is doing this to you (comparing you to others).
They are all HISTORY for a reason. You are his current and future for a reason. Do not allow him to look back only forward as he can't change history.
YOUR body is a temple...treat it accordingly! (If anal is not for you then so be it).Comment

If I was a women and a guy wanted anal sex I would say get a man to do it for you if that is what you want.
Goodbye.
Anal sex to me is un-natural and most probably leads to anal incontinence.
When a guy forces a women to have anal its at that point I would realise that this isn't love because love means you care about your partner.
If he doesn't care then why are you together ?
I'm kinda selfish that way because I care about what the women wants and I'd do anything to make her happy.
This anal thing to me is great if you want to contain the worlds population and sometimes I often wonder whether in fact that is the reason they push it in porn movies.
Also ramming ones fingers into a women is kinda retarded because it doesn't do anything from what I know myself.
Let face it the anus was never designed to accommodate a penis.
If you damage that orifice then in time it will leak anal fluid.Comment

Lots of people have anal sex without any damage, and many women and men enjoy it. Many don't.
Relationships are about compromise, and what is reasonable depends on how you both feel. If he just sort-of likes anal, and it's horribly painful for you, then you absolutely shouldn't do it. If he really loves it, and you don't like it much, but don't hate it, then you might do it for him as a favor if he is willing to also do all sorts of sexual favors for you. Is it something he wants all the time, or just something he wants to try?
If its really important to him, and you really hate it, then you may just not be compatible.
A long time ago I became interested in having anal sex with my wife. No idea why, it just became something I fantasized about and wanted. One time she let me try - and discovered that she really enjoyed it. After a while I started to get less interested in it, and she became the one who wanted it more than I did. In retrospect I think it was the novelty, and maybe the idea that it was "forbidden", not the act itself that was enticing to me.
Maybe you can get him to tell you what he finds appealing about anal, and maybe there is something else you can do that would satisfy that desire.Comment
