    Need opinions girls!

OK, basically I was interested in knowing how many of you actually orgasm from just penetrative vaginal sex? Because I don't think I ever have. I enjoy it up unto a certain point but then I just get bored/uncomfortable and want it to end. (And that's with trying loads of positions and in various locations around the house) I've never let the guy know that I didn't 'come' and I don't really know why apart from feeling bad. Don't know how graphic this is for you readers but I have given myself amazing orgasms using only fingers but if a guy tried it just hurts? I've never come close to anything as that with a guy. So I'm just wondering is this a common problem?

You're very normal. I know I got my first vaginal orgasm last year and I'm 44.
The clit is what usually does it for me and it took a while cause I had to teach
him how to do it. He would just rub like he was trying to scratch it off. Even guys

I wasn't worried about being normal I just wanted to know how many women have this problem. I've tried showing them but to no avail! My last boyfriend wouldn't even touch me as he thought it was "disrespectful" so that was very frustrating (and painful). Sometimes I think I can't relax enough because if they see me lose full control like I do when I'm alone they're going to think I'm a freak?

I've never even been able to come with my own fingers and like you said I find his fingers uncomfortable or even painful inside. It feels really good when he's inside me, don't get me wrong, but it never seems to go anywhere. I enjoy spooning and doggy etc. but unless he's touching my clit I can't even get close. It's quite frustrating tbh but he's not remotely selfish and if he want's to do a position I can't come in then he'll either 'help' me first or catch me up after.

Maybe one day it'll happen for me but I read on here a very small % of women orgasm from penetration alone so I try to to let it bother me.

As long as the guy you're with doesn't leave you high and dry (mind the pun), because he needs to do a little more work to please you, then enjoy what pleasure you are able to get

I ALWAYS have an orgasm from penetration. My husband knows all of my sweet spots so to say and knows exactly what and how I like it.

Most men, especially younger men, will assume (at least I did) that if they can last long enough a woman will just climax from penetration, or will get herself into a position in which she will climax. Men usually think if a woman doesn't/can't climax it is his fault and will probably become determined to make her cum and inadvertently put unnecessary pressure on her to climax, paradoxically making it much more difficult (if not impossible) for her to do so.

From a man's point of view the female anatomy is much more complex to get to grips with than the male. I didn't learn that the clitoris was actually bigger than a grain of rice (the clitoral mound under the hood) until I was 29, and that was through proactive learning after my GF (at the time) gave me a kick up the back side and told me I needed to start paying her back for all of the oral sex she was treating me to.

As a man I can say I do appreciate being 'directed' if I'm not doing something a woman wants me to do, and like men I can also say what works for one woman doesn't work for another, so a man may be doing something that worked on a previous lover with a genuinely held belief that she'll enjoy it. Men also tend to be a lot less perceptive than women, so it may not be immediately obvious to him that you're not enjoying yourself (especially if he's getting carried away himself).
In short most men require, at least to some degree, and benefit greatly from being TRAINED! The vast majority of us climb into bed with women with the best of interventions and are eager - usually too eager if anything - to please.

I appreciate that many women prefer to be dominated but a little pitt stop for training could lead you to being dominated by a more competent lover much more receptive and in tune with your need than he may otherwise would have been.

First, this is not a "problem". Its just the female body.

In terms of how many women, there are studies that say anywhere from 30 to 70% of women cannot orgasm without clitoral stimuation. Couples can try intercouse that involve rubbing against the clit, the partner stimulating the clit or self stimulation while having intercourse.

Aren't most female orgasms through penetrative sex actually G-spot orgasms?
