(its a good experiment, guess, then measure).

The thing is, it really DOESN'T matter the size. I was just sharing because I thought it would be beneficial to the conversation. Would you be more satisfied if I said my husband had a 5" penis and that it made no difference? It really doesn't make a difference. I haven't been with a lot of men, but I've been with enough to notice penis size is different, but did it make the sex any better or worse? No... the connections I had with that person is what made it good or bad. Penis size is irrelevant, unless of course if the man has a 2" penis, that makes this a little more challenging, but the odds of that are slim.9 1/2" is very large. This is exactly what I'm talking about in my post.
People can come and post about the "average size" until the cows come but everytime someone posts a personal experience it's how they (or their man) has a really large member. Then they post about how they don't care about it and size in general doesn't matter. lolComment

And just a side note, if you're going to start a conversation about penis size, realize that you'll hear people comment about all different sizes, yes, even 9 1/2". I'm just being honest, but for some reason there's so much negativity towards that size. Bigger doesn't mean better... just sayin. Might be the last time I post in a "penis size" thread, because all it is is criticism for anyone who comments about big penises. Perhaps it's insecurity? No clue...Comment

Well I didn't start the thread, but really when it comes to a couple of inches here and there I doubt it even matters. And just a side note, if you're going to start a conversation about penis size, realize that you'll hear people comment about all different sizes, yes, even 9 1/2". It's just hard for guys that are smaller to hear that women are sleeping with men that are significantly bigger, because we believe that going to a significantly smaller size would not feel as pleasurable to you.
I mentioned in another thread, that let's say for example a woman has been with a man that's 9"+. If she then goes for another man who is only 7", it's not likely to matter at all.
But if she goes from a guy that was 9" to a guy who is, let's say, 4", that is a significant difference. And the guy who has 4" is powerless to do anything about it. There's some poor guys who are even smaller, like 3".
I'm about 5.5" pressing into the pubic area (meaning that's what I can get into a woman). If I knew my girl had a guy that was 9" prior to me, it sure as heck would bother me. If she only had a guy who was 7" then it would be as big of a deal.
I believe some women that say it doesn't matter. I do believe that. I know that for women, most of the sensation is in the clit anyway, so a 14" penis wouldn't get them to cum without rubbing the clit, while a 3" penis probably could if the guy knows his way around the clit.
This is the primary reason I don't stress about it too much. I do stress a little bit because I know a larger penis, generally speaking, is probably going to give the woman a good "visual" effect (she sees it's larger, therefore subconsciously she believes it will feel better than a smaller one).
It's kind of like women and breast size. I can't speak for other men, but I can speak for myself. I don't consider myself a breast man. My girl is b-cup size. It doesn't bother me at all.
However, I still do a double take if I see a hot woman with a larger breast size, like d-cups for example. Would I like my girl to have d-cups? Sure. Am I suffering a lot because she doesn't? not at all.
So yeah, at least in my case I'm not suffering terribly for being on the smaller side, but just like women with smaller breasts wish they could get them bigger, men with smaller penises wish they could have a bigger one.
Some women get implants, and men have a choice to do penile extension. I'm starting to try it myself. If I can get even 1" more it would be awesome. If I can get to 7" my size would stop being a source of anxiety for me. At 7" I'm in the 80% tier for size, meaning only 20% of guys are likely to be bigger than me. At 5.5" I'm more in the 40%, meaning 60% of guys are likely to be bigger than me. For me that's what sucks, it feels like I'm always the smallest a girl has had. At 7" the chances would be more in my favour.Pigeonholer extraordinaire!Comment

It's hard for women to hear about men talking about other women's tight butts and big boobs for women who have wider hips and bigger butts and small boobs. It's just the way life is. We have to accept our bodies the way that they are and understand that there is no "right" size, shape, or form. Having a 5.5" penis doesn't make sex good or bad, it's the connection you have with that person, your confidence, and listening to what she does or doesn't like.Well I didn't start the thread, but really when it comes to a couple of inches here and there I doubt it even matters.

One thing I can tell you is that sex with my husband isn't always pleasurable. With a big guy sometimes it DOES hurt. If I'm not that turned on it's a little uncomfortable, versus when I am super turned on. He tells me "I bet you wished I had a smaller penis. We always have to use so much lube and sometimes you get sore"...which, no, I love him exactly how he is. Men with big penises have insecurities too. You're not the only one.
If your wife/girlfriend was insecure about having small boobs what would you say to her? Probably "I love you just how you are" which, if you really do love her then you wouldn't want to change her. She will feel the same way about you and your size.Comment

This is something I wonder about too. Most people claim not to be good with math, but they seem to know the exact length of their own or their partner's penis. Really, do people measure their partners? I find that weird. Do they also measure their finger length and other parts of their body? I can see a person measuring their own penis, but not their partners. Also, do you measure from the inside or outside, because that leads to different outcomes. I've read that in Europe they measure from the inside compared to in the US where men seem to measure from the outside. That is why in general, penis sizes appear larger in the US.
I'm not sure if this is just an American thing since we seem to be obsessed with size here. Bigger is assumed to be better. Bigger car, bigger house, bigger boat, etc.
Any time anybody gives me a length, I always take 1-2 inches off because I assume it to be exaggerated.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin)Comment

I think most people just guess - and probably get it wrong. Re my previous post, most people think a soda can (in the US) is 6", is actually under 5. Also if you are measuring from the outside, where do you start?
