Last night I had a very vivid erotic sexual dream…. that didn’t involve my wife – it involved a lady at my work.

I woke up with a throbbing erection and a few strokes later I blew my load. I went to the bathroom and cleaned myself up, then went back to bed – but I felt very upset and guilty that I had an erotic dream involving someone else and not my wife.

I don’t even know much about this lady at work apart from her name… I’m pretty sure she is a bit older than me, but for all I know she might be married and have kids…etc...

I see her most days at work (we work for the same fairly large company – her in a different department) and she is nice and pleasant to talk to, but I wouldn’t say I’ve ever thought about her sexually before.

Weird thing is I can remember this dream in detail and what we were doing on the pool table in the staff lunchroom…. (we weren't playing pool if you get the idea)

As I mentioned I feel guilty and embarrassed about this and I probably won't tell my wife… but are dreams like this fairly normal?

Normal. The subconscious is not really designed for monogamy. It doesn't care who you dream about. You may have started the dream with the situation and the only person that fit since the pool table is at work is some lady at work instead of your wife who is not at work. Who knows. I generally don't put a face to whoever I dream about so I don't dream about my husband specifically most of the time. I tell him it's his fault since I only have vivid sex dreams when he hasn't had sex with me enough. :P

Normal. I've had similar dreams that have been with women that I am not even attracted to. Go figure. Not even a fantasy. A subconscious scenario. In my case, the only times I have had such vivid, sexually charged dreams is when I have not been having sex very often. The depth of emotion and release will keep you wondering for a while until the whole situation fades with time. You were probably just minutes from a wet dream. I've always considered a wet dream to be close to an ultimate sexual situation, because there is no anxiety to it as you hit climax.

Its totally normal. If it wasn’t I’d be in big trouble. Sometimes our minds put images together in unusual ways. There’s no need to feel guilty.

What exactly is a wet dream anyway? I mean, is it a dream where a man has an orgasm while he’s dreaming or does it happen after he wakes up? Sometimes I’ll have an erotic dream so realistic that I will have an orgasm in my sleep. That has happened many times before. Not all the time, but maybe once every couple of months. I’ll be dreaming and very aroused and I’ll start to orgasm while I’m still asleep. Its very intense and the intensity will wake me up in the middle of it. I’m not even touching myself at the time, it just happens by itself. I told my husband about it and he can’t believe how it could happen without any touching involved. I can’t explain it. It just is. Is that the same as a wet dream for a man? The mind is very powerful.

To fully fulfill the name "wet dream", liquid must be discharged, although reaching orgasm is really what it is about. It happens when dreaming. If a guy wakes up, he is technically not dreaming. Even if a wet dream doesn't wake you up, the liquid cooling down and being sticky will. In my case, I have woke up afterwards and determined I was rubbing against the sheet.

My subconscious is quite happy to cause orgasms when I have sex dreams. I almost always get there. I don't know if it wakes me up. If it does I go right back to sleep having another dream. Like I said it only happens though when I haven't had enough awake sex.

It sems that u ned to bring some xcitment in ur sex life coz dreamin about som1 else shows dat clearly-accroding to me....according to me we dream is as gud as sex with ur partner.....it hapened a couple of times wid me dat i jerk off n cum in dream but wen i wok up it fels gud-relaxed n so.....njoy...
