Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia -
Well I never meant for things to become so heated, but kinda spur of the moment gut reactions did it I guess.Knowing is half the battle. Sometimes I could probably stand to be a little more obsessed about certain things.
I do think there is some interesting discussion and information in some of these threads. Some of it has been brought up many times before on these boards, but there are some new perspectives thanks to you.
I get how women go "goo-gaa gaa" at a really tall guy. Something I will never get. You mentioned something about age and maturity. I think by the time a lot of people mature, it's too late for them. They could have had so much more if they were mature when they were young.Height? BAHAHAHAHA.
My ex-husband was shorter. You still don't get it
Not to be argumentative, but one of the mods chopped another thread with my comments there and turned it into a separate threadFurther Discussion of Penis Size

But I guess in a way it was a new topic.Pigeonholer extraordinaire!Comment

The difference being this. Once you age /mature, you see things differently. You realise what you did wrong before and why the relationship be it marriage or long term or many relationships did not work and you are prepared in that understanding (as life is about lessons) to work with that this time and it's an amazing thing because there is calm, happiness, laughter, love, lust, soul. I can't see any young one having all of that, because honestly they are still growing and learning. You mentioned something about age and maturity. I think by the time a lot of people mature, it's too late for them. They could have had so much more if they were mature when they were young.
There are an abundance of people in this World who accept everyone for who they are and there are just as much, in this World that don't and expect or want to control, use, or what ever.
The more mature person in my opinion is wiser, more honest as they have been there.
Do you not think that nearly everyone on this Earth has not been hurt at some stage in their life? Used, at some stage in their life? Picked the wrong partner at some stage in their life?
If you keep making the same mistakes have you learnt anything?

This thread has been derailed past the point of no return.
Obelisk, I beg of you to keep this conversation to one thread. It is impossible, even as an avid reader of the board, to keep up with four or more concurrent threads about the same topic, especially when different parts of the same conversation are jumping from thread to thread and not leaving a coherent trail for others to read. The same points are being brought up repeatedly in different places; nobody can be certain of what you have or have not said or been told.
I am closing this thread and am going to close all the active threads about penis size other than "Further Discussion" and will continue to close newly-created threads unless they are able to maintain a niche discussion.
Nature gives us shapeless shapes,
Clouds and waves and flame,
But human expectation is that love remains the same,
And when it doesn’t, we point our fingers and blame.
Register|Contact Admin|Email Admin
Comment
