I imagine penis size is consistent pretty much with every guy.
Testicle size is going to vary quite a bit I think due to the factors I mentioned before. One day that guy might have large ones, the next they will be small (because they are retracted into the body, etc)
Interesting question though.Pigeonholer extraordinaire!Comment

A woman I dated many, many years ago told me that when a woman says size doesn't matter, she's lying. Other women have told me the same. The woman I dated many, many years ago told me some six years ago that she was dating a guy who was 6'4". She told me he was small. Go figure.
I have read articles the gist of which is that women look for indicators of penis size such as large hands. I'm not sure how accurate their indicators are, but it does reveal that women are conscious of penis size.Comment

Because my ex-girlfriend has been with many men and because we've always been able to discuss sex openly and honestly (One of the reasons we fell deeply in love with each other was because we trusted each other.), the next time we have dinner together, I'm going to ask her if she has ever noticed testicular size. She is fascinated with male genitalia, so if there's anyone I know who'd know, it would be her.
I'd be willing to bet that she's going to tell me that she has never noticed testicular size.Comment

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
