Hm, I can see how being totally humorless 100% of the time would be ....disconcerting lol. On the other hand, it's pretty hot when the two of you get so centered on sex that it naturally becomes so single-minded that there's no room for humor. But of course I've had lots of silly/funny sex too - women tend to be much better at that in my experience. Come to think of it tho, I've had lots more 'serious to the point of obsession' sex with women than men too.

I think my sex drive has gone into idle gear because it's been ssoo lloonngg! Lol. I don't miss it like I used to or "need" it like I did. Use it or lose I guess. Hope it returns.
I have enjoyed the occasional goof-up and giggles during sex...sometimes it really works. It's fun, and sometimes limbs cramp, or one gets clumsy and it's just funny...ya gotta laugh.

It was highly sporadic for a good while. It started around 97 when I went on BC and got worse when I added Lexapro to the mix in 04. I went off the BC in late 06 when I had an issue with high blood pressure. Incidentally, the blood pressure was completely unrelated to the BC. I had a congenital growth in my right renal artery called a fibro-muscular dysplasia (FMD) . The blood pressure was spiking to push past it. I was alright for a bit after going off BC. My response disappeared when I was on the Lexapro alone leading me fall into a very deep very, angry depression. The loss of response made me feel like less of a woman. When my meds finally changed in 2010-2011 it came back came back with a vengeance and hasn't quit yet.
