If you play this way, you should always have an alternate way to get someone free quickly. Ropes are better than cuffs because a serrated knife can cut someone free. If you use cuffs, they should probably be non-secure ones that you can cut with chain cutters.

There's no hiding true freakyness, sweet peaa. Your only real option is to just be that person and let come what may. If your BF can't handle it, it'll actually be best for the both of you to know. You'll each need to move on, but that will be for the best too - he'll need a more low key girl and you'll need someone who can keep up with you. Trust me, if you don't have that, you'll be miserable in the longterm.

The handcuffs actually make me more nervous than the whip. While I have not seen them, she says she owns them. Giving up 100% control of myself to another makes me extremely nervous. Mentally, I'll be fine if I am handcuffed to myself. But bind me to a bed or some object where I can't move, leave, or free myself, and I get nervous. Almost scared.

I wonder how many people with this fantasy have tried real handcuffs? I went through the police academy and handcuff training was NOT fun.
