This brings up a question - what do women think looks good / sexy on men? Is there the equivalent of lingerie for men?

Not that I can think of, men are far more visual creatures than women are, I look a rugged look, as long as he's squeaky clean, and a good attitude goes a long way.

First off I'd have to say I AM a fan. BUT maybe my definition is different. I kinda think of lingerie as any sexy clothing that is intended to be just that... Sexy. And that is intended to "get me in the mood" From a sexy t shirt , to the traditional teddy, to a full on stocking miniskirt and heels outfit. I'm also a huge fan of revealing a sexy matching boy short and bra set under clothing. Now nude is always sexy too. Let's face it we men are turned on by nude women. ...period. But if your a woman that doesn't feel sexy when nude, try some different types of outfits, feel sexy, act sexy and we will both reap the benefits.
In my honest opinion,what makes the outfit sexy is the attitude it brings out of her. I want my wife to wear what makes her feel sexy because that attitude is the sexiest part. I think it's so important for her to feel sexy. It's funny too cause it seems like different outfits can produce slightly different attitudes. Sometimes a bit more passionate and loving and others a little kinky dirty. Both of which are equally sexy.
Now we have quite a bit of "outfits" to choose from maybe more than the avg bear so I'm probably on the side of preferring some sort of sexy clothing to get things going. It's just something that extends the .... Sexual event. ;-) Because now I either have something to remove, enjoy during, or something to admire prior to enjoying the nakedness.
Seems like a win win... As long as she felt sexy.

IThis might be the first time I have to disagree with you. No guy, regardless of shape, can look good in panties. I went the gym yesterday morning and I walked into a locker room and saw a guy wearing a thong. It looked baaaaaaad. And not bad because he had a bad body, but bad because not matter how you cut it, thongs are femenine-esque under garments. Femenine attire does not look good on masculine dudes. Hercules would not look good in a mini skirt.

I think men look best in boxer briefs. If you want to seem slightly sexier, well, they have ones that are shorter cut at the leg area, so you are slightly less covered. Tanks look good for the top, or you could go bare... I personally never wear under shirts so at bed time I only wear boxer-briefs.

First, you are definitions masculinity by very traditional means. Why couldn't panties be masculine. It must take a very confident man to wear them.

For the record, what I find appealing about it is not the look itself, but what it means and represents, and in that context, the look does become sexy. I've had BF wear mine before (rarely, mainly as a kink), and the reason I love it is not that he actually looks good in them (even tho he is a god-looking guy), but that he's confident enough and committed enough to me to do it without getting all ego-shy and masculinity threatened. I remember the first time I ever made him do it, he was like "Um what?" and I pressed him on it and he said okay fine and wore them to work that day. I have lol, I got a nice lace corset with matching thong for bf and he told me not to wear it as that was something you wear for someone you just meet. I don't know what he was on about but I certainly wouldn't put it on when just meeting someone
