Can someone please explain to me what's covered under the heading of watersports? I thought that it meant either golden showers or maybe squirting but really have no idea.

It is about peeing specifically. I've never heard squirting really referred to as water sports. I suppose it covers everything you could do with pee, thus the general term 'sports,' whereas a golden shower is a very specific thing.
