There are actually some women who are better inclined to it than others. It's not really 'natural' for us to be good at thrusting (no biological need I suppose), but I've found that the ability to develop the skills is really varied. Some women can't get beyond the 'torso lunge' method, but others get the thrust method down and when that happens, watch out.
