If you read the second sentence of midnight's reply, she clearly makes reference to the OP orgasming during sex with the other guy. Also, "penetrative sex when the g spot is aroused and stimulated" is not the only way a woman can squirt. Might be best to leave that to the women to determine.

You are misinformed. My SO has squirted several times during cunilingus, sometimes with and sometimes without g-spot stimulation. In any event, the g-spot can be stimulated digitally or with a toy as well.

I stand corrected so. However I'm assuming that in most instances that when a woman does squirt it is due to the g spot being stimulated. Especially in a woman that is in her mid thirties upwards as there is less oestrogen available and thus makes the clitoris less sensitive but makes the g spot more so. Which is why women peak sexually in their mid thirties. I think I am accurate in what I am writing or at least I hope so.

It is difficult to generalize because every woman is different. My SO is 48. Whatever works in a given situation is the right way.

I've never heard that about estrogen and clit sensitivity, sounds fishy. And there are quite a few women here who'd disagree about peaking in their mid thirties. My impression has always been that's when it started.

Can you tell me why you think the clitoris gets less sensitive as a woman ages? In my personal experience this is definitely not true.

I apologize for making a stupid blanket statement. I read in a book(written by a male professor)that stated when women reach their mid thirties that their clitoris become less aroused than before due to lowered endogenous production of oestrogen. And as a result that the g spot is actually much more sensitive in these women. However on further reflection I was not able to find any citations either in the book or online to back that particular claim up.

Well CW, lets just say I married my husband at the time in my life as "I was ageing". As a matter of fact I'm of the belief that the clitoris can get more sensitive as women age. The clitoris is a bundle of nerves ending near the surface. This is what sets the entire thing in motion. As a woman ages the skin thins and lack of estrogen may actually shrink the vulva somewhat. This tends to put the nerve endings nearer to the surface of the skin (there is less subcutaneous fat under the layer of skin) and therefore I believe makes this area more not less sensitive.

Just my thoughts I too don't have any studies to support this (perhaps I could look them up), but my own personal experience tells me that this is what happened to me.

Personal experience trumps any studies in my opinion. ANd you should be able to have great sex at any age. In fact I lost my virginity to an older woman.
