I choose not to swallow. Usually a bit manages to catch me unawares but I really dislike the texture...its like swallowing a ball of snot...I also get an unpleasant tingling / burning sensation in my mouth in reaction to cum....this rather suggests to me that my body won't thank me for ingesting it. I'm also a vegetarian and find the thought of eating human cells a bit jarring for me...those cells are still alive...the ones that you may otherwise exchange (skin, mouth etc) will be dead cells that have been shed.

The consistencies feels horrible
STIs. Can't swallow with a condom
"I'm a vegetarian"
It's live cells. That is what weirds me out. It's the same as drinking blood.
Preference. Just because you are OK with a penis in the mouth, doesn't mean you are OK with a vagina in the mouth. Each has their own preference. Nothing to do with ignorance or envy.
