    Oral sex embarrassing for girlfriend

We have been together 4 1/2 years and have lived together for more than 2 year. In the past I have performed oral and she has always enjoyed it. However she would always stop me after a few min telling me it felt too good. She would always tell me she was afraid to fully let go and enjoy oral hence the reason for stopping me.

Most recently she wont let me perform oral at all. When I tried talking to her about it, she says it's embarrassing and she doesn't want me to see her lose control. I've tried to get her to elaborate more on this but she quickly changes the subject. The most recent excuse she gave me was, "If god intended for oral sex, he would have placed our mouths near our private parts". I find this to be very strange behavior coming from a 51 year old woman. This to me sounds more like behavior of a young in experienced girl just exploring sex and isn't sure what to feel.

Our sex life in general is very good. However recently she says we have too much sex! There are weeks we have sex 4-5 times a week sometimes twice per day. Afterwards she tells me no sex for a few days when she feels this way. Lately she complains we do it too often and she limits the amount we have. She claims the more sex she has the more she wants it and it causes more urges which she wants to get rid of? By no means do I feel sex 4-5 times a week is a lot.

I've explained to her she doesn't need to feel embarrassed or feel the way she does regarding the amount of sex we have but doesnt want to hear it. I'm not pushy and feel sex is natural on many levels. I also don't get her limiting the amount of sex we have and her way of thinking. I guess if you need or want sex go for it, what is the fear or notion of believing we have it too much??? I can't understand why she suppresses her feelings of wanting sex...confused and frustrated!

It seems to me that religious guilt has taken hold of her. Her age range would be appropriate for being indoctrinated that sexual feelings are bad. This may be a difficult issue to overcome as religion is very powerful.

My only suggestion is to see if she is willing to go to counseling to deal with her conflicting feelings.

Hmm...I'm skeptical of her claims. When she said the oral sex "feels too good", it leads me to believe that perhaps you're paying TOO much attention to her clitoris. It's VERY sensitive, and too much pressure or friction can give you that strange "feels good but also very uncomfortable" feeling. Similar to what I believe men feel if the head of their penis is touched right after ejaculation. Totally speculating here and could be totally off base.

Sometimes if I'm in a relationship and having regular sex, I get sore, irritated, etc. Especially if it's long "marathon" sex. Is it possible she may just need some time to recoup between encounters? It sounds like she's trying hard not to reject you or make you feel bad in any way, but in her attempts to do so she's leaving you confused, understandably. I also think that sometimes in relationships sex has it's high periods and low periods. Women's hormones change over the years, and our libido's are very tied to them.

Perhaps so, however she has no problem in the past communicating being sore after sex. She'll come out and tell me she needs a few days off, lol.

I think it sounds like it may be that she doesn't wish to orgasm with you going down on her and coming in your mouth? It may also be religious, this certainly sounds more than possible given the statement about God. But then maybe it is a sexual preference. We all have them. Maybe she just prefers other acts of intimacy. I would not try to read too much into it. If she doesn't want you to go down on her, I do not see that she should be encouraged to or have it an issue.

Yes I kinda agree she may be embarrassed to have me down there when she orgasm. I would certainly not push the issue but I'm more curious to know exactly why instead of beating around the bush about it. At her age and 4 years in to our relationship it shouldn't be an issue to discuss imo.

Can't help but raise suspicion though. ..

Hate to say this but I think she is cheating or is about to cheat. We haven't had much quality time together and all day yesterday I expressed needing get sexually because it has been a while and how I was looking forward to it. Right before bed she decided out of nowhere something very in important went missing. After searching for it for more than 15 min she decided to come to bed. Only she brought her phone to bed to do a little research at 12am knowing it would upset me. When I questioned her about it she got very defensive and accused me of the missing item. She blatantly picked a fight to avoid sex last night. We'll it worked and after laying there staring at the ceiling I felt things had cooled I leaned over and kissed her and said I love u. Which is something we do every night. She refused to acknowledge me.

I think something is definitely up?

I KNOW HOW YOUR GIRLFRIEND FEELS. I recently started dating this guy and he loves to give me oral. which I am not used to. I'm not used to feeling SO good, and receiving oral, and just being sexual in general. But it feels so good I don't think I can control myself when it starts to get really good. It starts to feel so good that I feel like I can't hold back whatever is going to come out of my v... I mean, he makes me feel like I'll tinkle! So I tell him to stop. But it's not pee pee that's ready to come out. It's a female ejaculation, ‘squiring'. It's just a liquid that comes out when a man hits the right part of a girls vagina. But I'm scared I might actually let go of everything and wet the bed. Resulting in me not receiving from him anymore because I'm scared.

Tell your girlfriend to lay back & enjoy it. Tell her not to worry. And if she counties to worry reassure her if she does tinkle it's no big deal. Make her real safe.

My wife is the same way. She has never liked spreading her legs wide open and exposing herself to me. Instead I have to ease my way in and slowly open her legs/hips more and more as we go. Performing oral is difficult at first because I can't barely fit my head in between her legs until she relaxes (usually only lasts for a minute or so). I think this is just because she feels uncomfortable exposing herself to such a degree where she is completely wide open.

That is unless we're drunk... Then this fear goes out the window haha
