Even with lube? Try the Pjur line of lubes. There is one called "Backdoor" (water based) and thicker; Pjur also has a line of silicone based lubes.

One of my favorite topics and activities. There is something so different about giving . . . almost primal . . . that it drives me crazy with desire.
