I went to the adult superstore this past weekend and I had heard about kegel balls and ben wa balls so I checked them out. I ended up buying some crystal eggs which are primarily for kegel exercises. I am not sure I have a clue what I am doing, haha. I put them both in and the first one goes way inside (I can always retrieve it) but I am not sure this is the point of the exercise. The other I just push out when I squeeze on it. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, are there other uses for these? As toys during sex and/or foreplay?

They're designed for you you work the muscles on your pelvic floor while they're in, not to take in and out. Clamp and release.

I know what their intended purpose is but I feel like either it doesn't work or I am doing something wrong. I would imagine they should both sit inside, end to end, and stay in while you squeeze the PC muscle. However, I was saying what happens is one generally comes out when I flex my muscle while the other I cannot get out without manually taking it out. In fact the first time I was a little concerned it was lost forever, lol.

Well Laughter my wife has Kegel balls her's are glass balls about a little smaller then golf balls. But many women will used them to exercise there vagina muscles allowing to squeeze there lover penis during intercourse.Well after 4 kids they kept my wife vagina feeling pretty tight with her using these balls the more you use them you will love them Laughter just have fun with them. But many of the Kegel Balls have string holding them together that you can get as well.
