I might see them but not notice them. Meaning I don't reflect on them while having sex. My wife has a scar that's hard not to see while having sex and it does not cross my mind while having sex. What does cross my mind is if things smells funny, taste weird or no grooming down stairs. The first 2 once I have never experienced on my wife. But I had a sex buddy that smoked and was a little less hygienic, needless to say I could not stand that relationship for to long. I hated the taste of smoke from her mouth and she smelled so much I did not enjoy giving oral pleasure to her. Which I love giving as I have never seen women in real life that get's more satisfied then from a good oral job. When it comes to grooming downstairs I don't like to much hair as I love giving oral. I find it hard to have a good technique when everything get's tangled in hair. But this is an issue that I overlook in the act. But have around pregnancy's let it grow, as she thinks it's embarrassing to go to a doctors appointment maintained.

So for your question no scar's, fat tights or imperfections are not noticed. I am more aware of how lucky I am to be able to see a women's body in it's glory. It's beautiful to watch and they come in many different varieties with imperfections. It's what makes it so incredibly hot.
