It would help us answer the question if we had more information. Are you the wife or husband? Has there been any changes in the relationship that has decreased her libido? Is the marriage a happy one?Has she been this way from the start of the relationship? Is she on any medication?

The short answer to the question is no. Sex and libido starts in the brain. There is no quick fix and no magic pill.

      To answer your questions:

      I am the H.
Her decrease libido really started when we got married but increased after she gave birth to our daughter.
We had a fun sex life before marriage.
She had a medical issue (fibroid) after giving birth, which has improved in time since she went through menopause.
It should be known I have been unemployed for a long time. I'm trying to change that.
I always considered myself an okay looking guy. Maybe she is just not attracted to me. I hope that's not the case.
      She is not on medication.

        Thank you. That is helpful.

I would be surprised if her lack of libido is related to your looks or sex appeal. After all, she married you. As you write, she was very interested before marriage and after child birth.

The first thing I suggest is that you have this conversation with your wife. Not in an accusatory way, but because you want to know how she feels. Does she feel loved and cherished? Is there a lot of stress in her life? Is she worried about finances or her future? Perhaps your unemployment has led her to feel that she is doing more than her share. Perhaps she has other issues with you?

As I wrote, sex starts in the brain. If the relationship is not right, she will be less likely to want to have sex. Change that dynamic and your sex life will improve.

I would also like a timeline-ages & such. If she's in menopause, there may be hormonal changes that can be addressed.

How did she make it clear? What happened to change things in the short time since you made your original post? I'd encourage you not to give up just yet.

It's the story of our marriage. It doesn't matter how much I do to try to be better for her. She only comes up with more excuses. I won't win this. I have to hold on to my dignity.
I was thinking of making an appointment for her to see a Dr. But the way I feel now, I just want to stop wanting her. She certainly doesn't want me.

Rather than see a medical doctor, make an appointment for you both to see a relationship doctor (a marital therapist). It will give you more insight into her issues and may give you both better communication skills. I do wish you both the best.
