Oh you have. This entire site has helped! I've been reading a lot of other posts and seeing that everyone here can speak exactly what's on their mind, lets me feel more comfortable talking about even the most personal things. Also, I like that everyone's so honest and friendly with everyone else.

MissGoddess: I have signed on here three times tonight to say something and signed back off...BUT I have to say this....Yesterday or the day before I cannot recall I answered one of your posts...It was on oral sex...Before I answered it I looked in your profile for additonal information...I usually do this before I respond to a post...My profile is open too with some things about me.....You have to be careful on a site such as this as I have a Disclaimer on mine because of youth entering it....When I looked in your Profile I saw your My Space...I did look at it and you are fantastic but honey, I don't think it should be here on this site...Someone might find out where you are and look for you...Keep each part of you private...I have my site as I blog to women but I am protected through my server and I can assure you that I value my personal life as much as you should value yours...I really did not look at much about you but your face but recall that I wished they had things like this when I was young....Now please think it over and take it off...It scares me as you are too young and a darling girl...Just like my granddaughter.....

Very good point Caroline, i only saw she was 18 and she is exploring every area on this Forum and nothing wrong with that.

But if you show here, that you are on My Space and your name is the same, then those who look you up will come here and see all of your questions and replies.

And I don't see any problem with anybody seeing anything I write on here, at age 19, since I'm writing exactly what I think. As long as you're not pretending to be someone you aren't, or talking about problems with a spouse, I don't see why it would be a bad thing for anyone to find this.
When my boyfriend's around, I even let him see what I write ... why not? If he registered today, I wouldn't have a problem with it.
But I don't link my Myspace ... though I'm using a handle from another board, and anyone from it who stumbled across this would know who I was immediately.
At 18, you're a "big girl" who can tell what information to give or not give.

I agree with what you are saying CW: I could tell you that she is Catholic, her age and many things she wrote but then I sgned off. I felt disturbed...There are many weird people out there and a darling girl who tells of her life here could be in peril...Everyone should guard their identity....It has to be done.

I am an older woman and because of information I gave out some sick pervert from out East emailed me about 20 months ago...He had been to my State and from just a bit of information I gave, he knew an approximation of where I lived. I emailed him and warned him if he ever wrote me again that I would have the police on him....

I am trying to watch over someone unsuspecting...She, I am sure, does not get as personal on MYSpace as she does here...This is not being critical, but safe...I agree she should tell and ask every sexual and personal question about life, illness, her family, her animals and everything else but guard herself. It is a mean world out there.

Little: You do not show a photo of yourself. You, like I, tell all but you do not tell where you live or your name by your high school or anything else. I encourage this girl to talk. That is how we learn but I saw something that send a red alert and I am happy that I finally came forward to say what I said...

Innocence is innocence and it passes but let it pass in time....You just can't trust everyone......

Yeah, I only had my page up there the first day I signed up. The next day, I clicked on my name and realized that there was a link that went directly to my MySpace page, so I took it off right away. I didn't know it showed up right there. Shoot, I don't even know WHY I out it there. But it's cool, like I said, It's been off for a while already. Thanks for the warning anyway. Shows that you guys care about me, and I appreciate that :]

I did go and have a look and didn't see My Space either, but there you go, you answered a query. I see Caroline's point if it was still there, as i joined that site but had these little 18 year old's laying back in their chair smiling at me ,after posting their hi's, "what you doing tonight" So funny, considering i'm 45 and my photo was up there... Then a lovely guy in a wheel chair that just wanted friends, so i chat with him but went of MySpace. I went by my own name, suburb, etc. So, guess we will always be Mum's hey!!! I also wrote my little thing because that actually happened to me at 18 and whilst i wasn't nieve, i should have drank less and therefore been more alert, but ah, who drinks less at 18? At least if it was up there still, it would be of now ..... Worth asking sometimes, i guess, never know.... Roam around, i enjoy reading what people post, some really good questions and yep, women have good hearts, can't change that, it's in our nature. Right or wrong..... Your right, bottom line is someone cared and it bothered them. Hope we didn't sound like your Mum Then again we did sorry x
