    One more thing...

If you are in a committed relationship you are totally within your rights to start talking about rules, and Rule #1 is that you have the right, at any time, to ask him what he's doing on line and make him stop and show you. Of course that means you have to allow him that same right.

Other times I'm just bored and need to get back to work.

The important thing to understand is that it's not monolithic. You need to understand what he's doing when he's looking at it. Sometimes it's just about wanting to know what other girls look like naked. Other times it's more complex. There are common patterns but in the end it's different for every guy.

And of course if he's looking at gay porn you may have a slightly bigger problem.
I think you are right. My husband likes to look at beautiful women. He would love to know what certain *stars* look like naked...though he has failed to find nude pics for some of his favs! LOL My husband loves the visual stimulation. He likes it the most for maturbation, but also can use it during partner sex. Luckily, I do not feel he is addicted. He watches it alone less than twice a month these days. I like when he spends most of his sexual energy with me -vs- alone. I guess I am selfish that way, although masturbation does seem to give him sexual fuel and make him even sexier sometimes....

Sometimes, and I hate to say this, but I get tired of begging so to speak , she just never wants to much anymore. I have tried to add more foreplay , discuss different sexual things, tried to re-introduce toys, nothing has worked. It is a lot easier to just look at some porn and masturbate. Having said this , I am 48 and my wife is 45. My desires have increased over last 5 years where hers has decreased?? I thought it was supposed to be the opposite.....Lee

I'm not addicted to porn, but I do look at it when I'm sexually frustrated. I know my wife doesn't like for me to look at it, but if she would be more sexually active, I think I wouldn't look at it at all. I think that we all know already that men are visual animals. With that said, I can see where some guys get addicted to it. I had a roommate in college that was a perfect candidate for porn addiction. He would watch hours upon hours of porn.

You may want to try to make your own porn or have more mirror available. I, myself, love to see us make love. I don't like it to dark that I can't see her. My wife and myself have be doing better in our relationship and I can't get enough of her and love to look and tough her. Remember women, We think of sex every 15 seconds. In my case, I only think of sex every 16 seconds but for 15 minute long...LOL

Lee, good luck, I wish I could answer your problem or help. I'm still struggling with my relationship, so I don't think that I have any solutions. All I know is that my wife knows now that I want a soul mate and not just a wife. She also knows that I have reached limits and not afraid to leave. Good luck

I'm the one sexually frustrated and he still looks at porn. I guess I'll never understand why he has me wanting it 24 hours a day and open minded enough to try just about anything that came to his mind but he still chooses to watch.

There seem 2 situations where men watch porn. Some because they can't get enough sex at home (like greydog), and some seem to prefer it to sex (little's SO). The second doesn't make any sense to me, but apparently it happens.

But OH NO, don't want to turn this into another porn thread. sorry.

Ooops ... I guess it's my fault, shame on me I started it.

Wasn't my intent, was just commenting on what Greydog had said.

I personally think it has a lot to do with how much spare time the guy has.

I know people who barely have enough time to check their emial once a week, let alone have time to look at porn everyday on the net.

On the other hand, I know people who live on their **** comps and most likely DO look at porn...some people work on their comps for a living...so i can see these types doing so.

Again, it comes down to how much time does the individual have, and how much of a fantasy base does the person have?

Nothing wrong with looking at a pair every now and then, but if it becomes a handicap or a dependency, then it might be a problem....
