I have tried this a couple times...as I'd read it was great for the man. Neither guy i attempted it with cared for it at all. <br />
Maybe i was doing it incorrectly but they did not want me to continue or try again. <br />
I tried both external and internal massage...i think the internal was just a bit too much for them...lol

I've read that too. I've watched some videos and it certainly seems intense and pleasurable. I'm sure it would take a while to get them to relax enough to enjoy it. Or maybe it's just not for everyone.

No experience with this, but my view is that it's kinda like heroin. It may access the pleasure centers in an intense way, but that's not really what they're made for.

P.S. A few years ago, my doctor stuck a finger in my behind and felt my prostate, but I'm guessing that's not exactly the same.

Actually, it's probably very similar to what you experienced except accompanied with a "come hither" massaging motion of the finger and a hand job up front. :-)

That would have made for an awkward doctor's visit.

Years ago, when I was in my teens, one of my coworkers went to the company clinic for a physical. He told me a story that blew my mind about how he ejaculated during the doctor's exam. I didn't know anything like that was possible at the time. I don't think I had much of a clue what a prostate even was. He seemed pretty surprised too.

The doctor was a tiny, older woman who apparently wasn't a favorite around the shop. I think she was rough and lacked that good bedside manner. We got a pretty good laugh out of that prostate exam that my buddy got.

I've never had a prostate massage but I've had a prostate exam. Nothing pleasurable about it but it wasn't too unpleasant. My female doctor has small hands so that may help.

I do this for my husband. He enjoys it. If I'm giving him oral, adding digital stimulation seems to bring him to a very intense orgasm much faster. Over time he has encouraged me to apply more and more pressure... not sure if it's because he's developed tolerance to the stimulation, or if he just likes it more with harder pressure.
