I think the reasoning is a bit different for people who do like it. For me its the naughtiness. Its submissive without being degrading. Its aggressive without being abusive. It lets us know our partner is paying attention. The sting is kinda sweet too. Alot of different sensations going on at once. The nipple twist? I dont personally like it. Pinching maybe but twisting...those arent nobs. It doesnt feel good or bad and I get nothing from it so would rather have something done that I do react to.

I don't think there's much sensation, pulled, twisted hard but more so licked sucked and whole breast touch personally. Agree on the pinching, twisting if done on a gentler manner, sensual touches, not that i don't like it rough, just that turns me on more...
