Does Circumcision Negatively Affect Sexual Function?
The last circumcision thread got shut down right when it was getting interesting. Specifically checkers mention of her husband being circumcised after they were married piqued my interest.

I'd doubt that circumcision affects performance. I'm cut, so I have no practical knowledge.
My g/f has done two uncut dudes. She'll never do another. She can be like that: project future experience based upon limited exposure. Her complaint was smegma. She is almost neurotic when it comes to disease and infection prevention, which is ironic because she has done a lot of anal sex. About a month ago I was present when my friend's g/f and she discussed their experiences with uncut. While I wasn't paying too much attention, I did get the part where both said they did not like uncut, and I didn't hear a word about performance being causal.
There is peer reviewed research that has established cause-and-effect between uncut and vaginal infection.
My g/f is not reticent about talking sex with me. However, she almost always talks about her great sexual experiences. Many years ago she told me about giving head to an uncut dude. I'd go with that's how she found out that she didn't like the taste of smegma. For me, it was TMI. But if it's on her mind, she knows I'll listen without judgment. I know I wouldn't want to be judged upon reckless acts of youth that I now wish I had avoided.Comment

Stillness - Sorry, I was out of town a few weeks and I'm still learning this forum and realized I was tagged! Not sure what went down in the other thread, but doesn't sound good.
Ours is a weird scenario, because not too many women are with the same man both ways haha. For me, it all feels the same, but I just picked his brain and H says he feels less sensitive now and he can go longer (I never had a problem with length before). He says doggie style feels a lot better (he always liked that position before though too so who knows). Again, I maintain my position it's all the same to me. He was always clean down there either way and we have had a good sex life both ways.Comment

I'm pretty sure that's what the medical literature says as well, and you'd expect that when the protective covering is gone, what's left will lose some sensitivity. Like a calloused fingertip will be less sensitive, although I suspect not many here are familiar with callouses...Stillness ... H says he feels less sensitive now...
Being uncut myself, though, I learned early the need for good personal hygiene, and I also learned that women of certain ethnic or religious backgrounds are relatively inexperienced with uncut men. Once they got over the novelty, though, they never seemed to notice a difference one way or the other.
