I haven't had the desire to have sex sex in almost 2 years this is the Longest I've gone without having sex or even masturbating since I can remember but before this dry spell I would have considered my self nympho. I wanted kinky sex all day every day and now I can't get wet at all even when I mentally want and I have no luck with any over the counter lubes. I want to but my body won't allow me have sex

Are you on any medications? A very common side effect of some meds like birth control or anti depressants is low to no sex drive, but its worth looking into with any meds you may be on.

Yes unfortunately. But this started before the medicine was even a factor

Hmm. It's very likely an imbalance of some sort, and it may be resulting from a low level of vitamin or something. I'd go get a physical done including a full blood panel where they check vitamin b, iron, a1c, vitamin d, etc.

I get a physical and blood work every six months along with the ob Apts. And I've been to 3 ob/gyns and after the blood work comes back they say have more foreplay and use lube and it doesn't help in at my wits end.

I presume they checked your hormones at some point in all this?
What is your age? Exactly how long has this been going on?

Do you have a stressful lifestyle or job?

Think back to when this change started: Was there any changes or events just prior to the decrease in sexual function?

Are you with a regular partner and how is that relationship?
Why such frequent lab work? Is it due to this issue or is there another health issue being monitored?

What exactly do you mean by, your body won't allow you to have sex?
And what do you mean when you say lubes don't work?
