There are books (or movies if you prefer), or just internet sites (though you can run into some ugly stuff) that show various sex positions. Those will help show what sort of angles work.

Basically though, if you are on top, and facing forward, you want to move at an angle, not straight up and down.

Have fun trying things.

I've found using the book store can be safer. Some of those sites are nasty! I'll definitely have fun trying things. Getting advice always gives me more confidence to try it on my own!

My ex really sucked at being on top, she didn't really understand the angles, I hate to shift around and take control otherwise she'd hurt me... So yes, you need to know what you're doing on top, but just think about it, listen to what your man says etc etc.
