I know that out of the blue I've definitely gotten aroused but I ended up either ignoring it or ducked away and handled business the good ole fashioned way to get it out of my system. I think it's fascinating that you're starting to experience those out of nowhere and without touching yourself (I'm assuming you're not masturbating to aid the orgasm?).

I think moving forward it could benefit you to start journaling/chronicling when it happens and the surrounding circumstances that you can recall to the best of your ability (like the changes in eating habit you mentioned but also other things like who was around you, what you were doing, what you might have been thinking, etc.). By doing this, maybe it could help you find some common elements/triggers.

Maybe if you find whatever it is that's increasing the odds of the spontaneous orgasms happening, it could help you have some kind of fair warning in advance OR help you curb the occurrence if you happen to be in a less than ideal environment.

Thanks! No, I am not masturbating or doing anything arousing to bring this on. It has only happened twice in my life, both of which I stated above, the first a couple years ago and then this last one about a week ago. Not sure that is enough to cause alarm, but should it happen again I will try to start documenting. Mostly I was curious if anyone else had ever experienced anything like this.

FeelingWeird Ah, gotcha. Yeah, it couldn't hurt to even take mental notes if it happens again. I hope others who have experienced spontaneous orgasms share on this thread because I've honestly never heard of that before. But I guess we shouldn't be too surprised, I mean the human body is capable of doing so many crazy things we've never thought about so this is just another phenomenon to add to the list!

I don't think I'd mind a spontaneous orgasm but let me be quiet because as the saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for." Haha.

As a guy I can remember two occasions when I was viewing a female and felt a spontaneous orgasm(ejaculation) coming on. I was able to suppress both although the second one eventually came about a half hour later. In the first instance, I was in high school and at a public pool. A female friend of mine who was athletic and had a good figure was in a string bikini. She had curves and I knew immediately that I couldn't focus on her body or I would ejaculate. The second occurred when I was in my late 30s and saw a young girl probably around 20 walking down the street with a friend. She just had the figure and way about her walk that got me aroused. I think i once saw an episode of body bizzare where a woman had a similar problem. Hers was a bit more frequent and she could not cope with daily life. I forgot what the condition was called but she had to see what I presume was a neurologist or some other super specialist.

Yeah, if it is really frequent and interferes with life I see how that can be a problem. Fortunately for me, except for one time, it's just a sleep thing.
