Have you ever had a guy just put his arms around you and hold you, and you feel his warmth, his strength, his desire for you, and you get that feeling where something inside you just kind of melts and you just know you want him too?

It's the feeling of a masculine presence, touching your female instinct, setting your drive in motion. I used to think the phrase "making my motor run" was a joke until I met a woman who made it run all the time.

Has any guy ever done that for you?

Okay, i am visualising (ahhh) that you are obviously trying to arouse yourself, by yourself and it's like, waiting, waiting, waiting, nothing.

I don't know if you have even had any male imput, that is intercourse, touching, feeling your body.

If you haven't, and your trying to work it all out for yourself, and it's been 4 years, then it's difficult to understand what feelings you may want to feel.

I'm trying to write this in different words.

Most women get "aroused", "horny" even early in life before ever having intercourse.

Your body part there is "wet", i'd say lubricated but.

And you kind of feel nice about yourself, and you wish that some man was around, you can um, kiss....um.

Have you ever had sex, as miffed23 said, if so, did you feel any of the above then?

For me I can actually feel myself get wet. My leg muscles twitch and tighten. You feel excitement and burning. It's almost feels like I have to have sex, or I'm going to explode. Lol.

i have been maried 25 yrs!!! yes i have had sex just a bit more than a few times as i have 3 kids, erm no i dont understand what your saying but i havent ever felt anything like the wiki description or any of the others that have tried.

a kiss is just us putting our mouths together the only thing i feel is his lips on mine, if he touched my breast then its just the pressure of touch there that sort of thing continues over the rest of my body

Yikes, i had an imagine of you being a 17 year old that has never had intercourse ...... so youve been married 25 years and youve never been aroused....that you know of?

If youve managed to have intercourse a few times, then youve got to have been slightly aroused otherwise you've had to use a lot of lube and/or sex has been incredibly painful?

If you dont mind me asking, did your husband ever notice or mention that you werent 'turned on'?

What about when you first met eachother? Did you have any feelings that suggested arousal when he kissed you, touched you back then?

sex until the last 4 yrs has always been very painful for me, but we have started using lube which to be honest i hate the stuff, the smell the stickyness, different brands make no difference

hey for all that time he took it for granted that i had orgasms!!! i havent ever had a single one in my life!! so as for him noticing, nah he wouldnt notice a train about to run him down til it went bang!! lol

nope i can honestly say nothing has ever changed

Dawn, in both this thread and when I talked to you, you are very defensive of your situation, like you feel you have to ask the question but you don't really want to get into the answer at all, you just give short responses that don't really say a lot about the situation other than that you don't understand.

Anyway, from my discussion, here is the information:

Dawn has never thought about (fantasized) about anything, never wanted any sort of sexual activity, and believed for a good amount of her life that sex was only for men, and that the female orgasm didn't exist. Apparently even a hitachi magic wand can't produce a wimper, so it's not just about the physicality of it.

I believe, that this problem is psychological. The only real help that I think she can recieve is from a therapist trying to uncover why she has never had any sexual urges whatsoever, but this is complicated by the facts that:

                  a) Dawn doesn't (want to) believe it's psychological, she wants to believe it's physical.
                  b) Dawn was struck off the medical register for arguing/disagreeing with the doctor, and you can't get a public appointment for a therapist without a refferal.
                  c) Dawn doesn't want to look for and pay for a private therapist.

well what would you like me to say about something i have no knowledge of, do you want me to talk absolute bollocks? i only talk about something that i understand, and if im short on conversation then its because im struggling with that convo

no t quite what i told you is it? i got struck of for complaining regarding the doctor giving me false information, thats not the same as your trying to have others believe is it?
