choking, like so many other things in the bed room, if done right can be very hot. I love it. We have face to face with eye contact works great. The ides is not for him to choke you to death. start slow, verbalize if it is too much. I can actually achieve the same feeling from very deep quick breaths. It is almost like hyperventilating.
