Nothing wrong at all with asking the question Owlhunter merely pointing out what Fallen1 posed as obviously that would answer your question quicker.

Sorry... I would have to say no way. Violence (Simulated or not) is not my cup of tea...

He's even asked if he's hurt me and stated after I've answered that it is not his intent to do so.
Do you know why he gets sexual pleasure from the illusion that he's choking you? I've always been curious why some people like that sort of thing. I mean, I know all about dominance and submission, but I think that's going slightly farther.

I don't know and to be honest I've never really asked that specific question.

What little that has come up about it he has said he didn't want to hurt me and that it was not his intent to choke me. What few times it's happened he's never even came close to what could be considered as choking.

I really don't know because he doesn't do or have any other habits that would be or could be considered violent or a dominance practice. What little we have talked about it he's said that he'd never actually choke me.
There is a method to my madness ........ I just haven't found it yet.

Dominance, S/M, bondage, rape role-play, all seem related to me. I don't know why some people enjoy these (either as top or bottom), but it seems fairly common, and as long as everyone is consenting, I don't see it as a problem.

There can be issues if one partner is "vanilla", and the other isn't.

if your going to do this, i wouldn't choke someone for more then 10 secs. But you don't have to literally choke the person to give the person being choked a high or a feeling of a great orgasm at the time of being choked to do this.....if you place your thumbs on their carotids in their neck which is on the outside of the neck up under their jaw, it will cut blood out from going to their brain like a sleeper hold and it will do the same thing and its safer.....wrestlers and submission marital fighters have done this for years and their is no chance of injury.......if done too long they pass out and fall asleep.....

This is not the same thing as choking. What your describing here is cutting off the blood flow to the brain and heart and there is serious risks to this. Not saying there aren't risks to cutting off the air supply but cutting off the blood supply through the carotid artery has a bigger chance of something going wrong. In essence you stop and start the blood flow. You run the risk of blood clots, instant brain damage, bifurcation, stroke... It messes with blood pressure in the whole body. It's an illegal move in wrestling and disabling an enemy in martial arts is not the same as enhancing an orgasm for your partner. During sex the blood pressure and flow are already out of normal range and doing something like carotoid pressure adds even more risk. Prime example... all the stories of people who have heart attacks during sex... thats a blood pressure issue not an oxygen issue.

And if you have to do this to get a high, I would suggest you change partners....You have gone the limits...

The next question being....Where do you go from here????
