The sexual response cycle is the same regardless of whether the person is masturbating, having intercourse, or oral. This has been a known fact since the days of Albert Kinsey.
But that doesn't mean the subjective experience of an orgasm can't vary in a huge way, but that's a different issue, every individual is unique.Comment

I will disagree with Davey, orgasms for a man is not the same. In fact, orgasms can be very different. Personally, my orgasms are more intense the longer of the duration it takes for me to ejaculate. Also time in between sex has a factor into this. Although, I have not tried this but there are guys who have stated that orgasms while under the influence of certain drugs can be more stimulating. So I am in agreement with Richard that while the physical ejculation is the same, the sensation of orgasms are not.
So about BJ's, like all sexual intercourse, the better the quality the better the orgasm. My wife is exceptional at BJs.Comment

I thought she wanted a cut and dry answer, not my opinions on sexual theory. Sorry for such a blunt answer, but I have been recently intrigued by this very interesting educational site, and wanted to check it on my iPhone while at work and didn't have time to elaborate.
Yes, the physical response, to ejacualte, iwill happen regardless of type of stimulation, but several other factors play a huge factor in volume, intensity, etc.
Me myself, time between ejaculating, type of stimulation and how turned I am all play a big role in how "hard I come" Flashback to my girlfriend a couple years ago, we had just begin dating a few months ago. She was giving me the most sensual intense blowjob of my life. She didn't do the "in the mouth" business back then, so when I said I'm coming, she popped me out of her mouth and pointed it to my stomach. The result was my first facial from....myself. We are still together , and we still turn each other on, but we have to much sex to build up enough for huge ejaculations like that.
So yes, blow, masturbation, sex, etc, while all getting technically the same result, also vary in several subtle ways.Comment
