Depends on what he wants and what he's capable of, but generally, no, you wouldn't keep going down on him until he ejaculated if you wanted to still have penetrative intercourse. I mostly go down on my guy for a while just to give him pleasure, to get him really into it, to turn myself on, etc. and stop when we want to move on to penetration. However, sometimes he's able to ejaculate from the blow job and then still be hard so we can still have sex afterward.
