it would be difficult to compare a penis without a man attached to it. Don't know what that would be like. Maybe a more apt comparision would be to a dildo.

If only thinking just about the penis minus the man, then the vibrator would be better. The penis alone couldn't do anything - no orgasm (in most cases) and no other means of pleasure (without a man attached to it) whereas the vibrator would bring you to orgasm.
