lol did I forget to add, it's cool.

Fear is an amazing thing is it not?

There are some good thoughts up above by guys as well.... and they know what would turn them off, let's face it.

Definately smile, can you make a joke maybe where he laughs and then spit out the words you want quickly..

I am sure if he is shy, then he won't care if your nervous, even becoming friends can be nerve racking...

No, no, no, no! Many guys are clueless dorks that won't pick up on any of the hints. Sometimes you just have to ask them out directly.

Trust me. I'm the Dork Master. I wrote the book on being oblivious. An interested girl could walk up to me, strip naked, shove her breasts in my face and rub her crotch on my thigh, and instead of thinking 'Oh, yeah, she's interested in me!' I would be like 'Oh, I didn't know she is a stripper. Maybe she is trying to sneak in some practice before work?'

I know for a fact I've lost out on several potential relationships because of that. One was an older girl in high school on whom I had a huge crush. I later found out that she had a huge crush on me and was throwing me hints left and right, but my pea brain didn't get the message.

So glad you wrote that Tex! I was going to say the same thing. Especially if he is a bit shy he may never pick up on it. I know DH still in many ways cannot read me. I have to spell out many things...

Good going Tara! Have fun and just get to really know each other. Luck!

You guys are funny. Yet, at the same time, you also throw hints here and there, and drive the girls crazy!

Relax, the more you talk with him the more comfortable you will become. Don't rush things, don't be unnatural. Whatever you do, dont' show too much interest too soon. You may scare him away.

If things are going to happen, they will.

Best of luck, sounds like you two are good kids.
Those were going to be my suggestions.

Smile at him from across the way. Not a full cheesy one but a nice smile.

When he's talking to you, tilt your head to the side and smile.

If he says something funny, giggle. Don't blurt out a big old laugh unless you can't help it, lol.

Bite your bottom lip too. That always works for me.

Look into his eyes then look at his lips then back up to his eyes.

Definitely touch his arm or something. Contact is good.

Is that too dirty? I don't know. Those are my suggestions.
