I have black satin bedsheets, and when people have come into my room they always seem to mention it, and allude to me having some sort of dimented pornographic lifestyle (which isn't entirely true - in fact, not true enough!).

Do you think it's 'weird' to have satin bedsheets? Think it might scare anyone off?

I dont think its weird, like everyone has said its your room, your taste... but i would put me off... and only because i would be scared of getting electricuted. Satin rubs my bones and skin up the wrong way... we just dont mix

I've never, ever noticed any static charge.

I wash them regularly, but to be honest there are never any visible stains at all...

Though as nights are getting colder so is the bed... I might have to swap out for cotton.

Cold Weather means its time for an electric blanket! We don't have black silk (not satin) sheets but they are rather dark colours and we don't have any problems. Its not... Ahh? really "Man Gravy" for heavens sake...
