    Good advise wildchild

Hi Rock, Just yesterday, a spirit of depression came over me to, it was awful, to the point of tears again, so I got myself busy, and beginning working on my shed as I have been, a little harder tho. It helps to get your mind off of it, there is an old saying, An Idle Mind is the Devils Workshop,
    Have a good day!

It always helps me, or instead of a 3 to 5 mile run or walk I'll do 7 to 10 miles. Just literally run it out of my system. When I'm in that state I almost can't exhaust myself, it beats the heck out of falling to a depressive slump. Helping someone else usually helps too.

Stylerock Fortune cookies are not classified as professional help. haha

I saw this post on SL and I think the guys gave you the advice needed to solve this.

The fact is your stressing over something that you cann't change. You need to accept the fact that it is the past and understand that she is in your bed every night no one elses.

            Good luck man

                stylerock,

I understand where you are coming from. it can be kinda hard to "come to terms" with the fact that someone you care about has a past. I know all of the thoughts that are racing through your head, because I've done and still do the same (not as much though).

you have to keep in mind that everything she has done in her life has led her to you, just as everything you've done has led you to her. the past cant be changed, but how you and her handle the future can.

                what matters:

do you really love her and show her?

does she really love you and show you?

if she's telling you everything about her past to be open and honest, then I'd say she's trying. If it's bragging, that's another matter...

                  Hi

I wouldn't say she brags or even means to bring it up, she has been honest in absolutly everything i've asked her,

but like say theres a group of us talking the and like yesterday someone said something about cum in hair, and she made a comment like "your never getting ur cum in my hair" ect.. like that gets me thinking about her past as well..

well i am looking into getting professional help cuz i either gotta work through this or break up with her bcuz i cannot handle being like this 24/7, but i rly don't wanna break up with her

Common man... You should know better.

She is just testing you. and maybe even playing with you alittle.

Instead of just keeping silent and letting her win. Why dont you switch it up and make a funny comment that puts her back in the spot light.

"your never getting ur cum in my hair" Respond with something like "haha... I wouldn't dream of it... There enough things in there already"

Make yourself the prize and you shouldn't let her shake your reality.

                      I feel your pain.

I also am in love with a person that has a checkered past similar to that which you experience. The images and thoughts also run through my mind like movies and have definitely had a negative impact on our relationship and my life. I feel like there are some things in life that you can and cannot tolerate and you have to think to yourself if you are willing to take the risk of possibly being miserable for the rest of your life and maybe missing out on the right woman for you. I truly have no idea how to help you get over such a thing as I failed miserably attempting to do the same.

I hear you that it isn't a virgin thing it is more so a been there done that type thing that belittles what you have just because the acts have occurred so often. I would just really hate for you, or myself for that matter to continue to deal with such issues as they ultimately wear you down mentally, and even physically. I feel your pain and I think the only solution is to find someone better. Also (what are the SL that people seem are talking about where you also received advice) Hope it works out for you.
