If you have to wait until October, so be it.

If you are putting in the retraining orders etc, just keep watching your back, it will take a while for this guy to let go of you, that's evident.

I don't understand why you are not allowed to advertise for a replacement tenant who signs over your lease, we can do that here in Australia, but I do understand that you couldn't possibly do that whilst he is living there anyway.

Why is he not paying rent, are you saying he's not even paying half the rent?

As for taking on other's kids. Keep an open mind, you are young and it's not what you want for this time of your life..

I believe that when you fall in love with someone, you don't care if they have kids or not and you welcome them because you two are together.

Later in life, you may meet a guy who has a little one, but is honest about it and open about it and you fall madly in love with him.. Don't disguard him, because he has a child and remember, this guy didn't tell you everything up-front, nor where you in love with him, really at all... Rather you settled..

Hi everyone - its been a long time since I posted, so I wanted to find my thread and update you all on what has happened with that situation.

I ended up leaving him for two months last year (2009) but went back after many promises of changes and also because our son seemed to miss him so much. Basically, nothing changed - it was the same me giving all and his kids came back to live with me. So, again I was right back in the situation. Then, I just began to develop a strong dislike for him and having sex with him almost felt like rape - that's how much I hated it. My body just no longer wanted him.

So, on January 29, 2010 - I had a police escort me to the house to get my things. I removed all of me and my son's clothes, my furniture - everything that was mine. Yes, I left my beautiful home that I was leasing and trying to hold on to. I just got to the point where I couldn't take it another day. I knew that I meant more to myself than that and I couldn't be unhappy for the rest of my life. I put my stuff in storage and am temporarily living with my cousin until I find another place. I changed my phone number and basically put my foot all the way down. I am not sure if he still lives there or not, I am not going back there. Because the lease is in my name, I may have an eviction on my record now which I really tried to avoid. But the Landlord does not want to let me out the lease and just keeps offering to lower the rent. I told my Landlord better to find a tenant than have me just stop paying. My Landlord says he knows me too well I won't do that to him. I hate to do it but I refuse to pay another month of bills at that house. I paid all of the Feb bills and for March its all about me and mine - I am not paying another dime! I have to just start over! Its alot going on, but I feel as if a new life has been opened up to me. I feel like bricks have been taken off of my back, like I am lighter or something. Very hard to explain - but it feels oh so good!

My ex that I was so goo-gaa over is now in a relationship (after all I did go back into the relationship) - but its okay I have since gotten over him too. Everythings all about me now! Oh yea - I do have a boy toy that's been keeping a smile on my face. That's a whole nother story though - let y'all in on that one another time. But, just wanted all of you who supported me to know that I FINALLY GOT RID OF HIM!! And I am ohhh sooo happy and working on me and what I need to do to be successful and remain happy. I do not want to be in another relationship for a loooooooong time. I just kinda wanna be with me for a while and just date now and then. CW are you still moderating??

Thanks Wildchild - that one was a long hard situation... I learned plenty from it though...
