It does sound like you are obsessing as your thoughts are irrational and cannot be backed up with logic.
You seem to have somehow tied penis length to height. Penis length is like nose size- totally independent of height.
Send 5 minutes a day imagining them naked , small and impotent.
As others have indicated you were chosen - probably more for your pheromones- symmetry and personality. The person who matters most has chosen you- do not let your insecurity undermine your relationship as you try to imagine that you were just a mistake in her judgement.

      One more question...

Is it strange for a woman 5.4.5 to date a man who is 6ft2? Isn't that a bit of a drastic difference in height? What are your thoughts?

No. Physical height shouldn't be a barrier between two people dating or getting to know each other. Why would it? The last thing I'd be looking at was the height difference, I'd be more concerned about if we were compatible in all other aspects of life, mentally, physically, sexually. Did we have the same goals in life, etc.?

If I was dating, it wouldn't matter to me if the man was 2 inches taller than me or 2 feet taller than me. If I liked him and saw the potential for a future, the least of my worries would be how much taller he was then me.

But wouldn't that make a woman feel dwarfed by their partner?

I'm 5'3'' dating a man who is 6'3''. And no...it doesn't seem drastic at all. And no I do not feel dwarfed at all. The guy before him was 5'4''. Nope...no difference.

It's Valentines Day. It makes me sad that this is what you're thinking about...on a day in which you could be spending loving and cherishing this woman who has CHOSEN to be with YOU.

One month of not caring. Something triggered it again. It still really bugs me.

Is that considered short these days?

I don't think so, it seems tall to me, but I'm 5'3", so anything seems tall to me. My husband is 5'7" and I think he is tall, lol, as long as I'm looking up, you are tall, IMO.

I'm going to go a different direction with my comments... How ling were you married? How long was it between the end of your marriage and this new relationship? I know you said divorced 3 years ago but how long have you been with this new lady? Since you divorce and this new relationship did you adjust to single life and learn to be the best person you could be on your own? Did you take time to find things in life that give you joy and satisfaction? Or is it all about the lady in your life? Just sayin....
