Nah, guns are for sissies. I'd just need my tongue.

      You're right...guns are for sissies.

Put twenty nerds with guns on one side of the battlefield and twenty NFL linemen without guns on the other side of the battlefield....

      And watch those linemen run!

Whatever your oral abilities....always know that we are all equal because we can all kill one another.

Which is something worthless bullying boyfriends and husbands need to be reminded of from time to time.

If you were at work all day, and came home to your boyfriend who was cleaning the house all day, would you feel like having sex? Is it so much the workload itself, or are you more just depressed about the situation you're in, and the blame you feel your boyfriend has for helping to create it?

When you REALLY want someone, you could work a 16 hour day and still bang it out like rabbits. I'm wondering if it's more depression/dissatisfaction than the actual workload...

I agree with Jen and Maya Angelou who wrote "I keep, behind my lips, invectives capable of tearing the septum from your nostrils and the skin from your back." But I do like the feel a good cast iron skillet in my hand in a dicey situation

I'm just assuming this guy doesn't need to be shot or beaten up but could benefit from being humiliated. (That's often what the heart of the problem is with people who have ownership or authority issues - they never learned any humility.) It would also benefit kat and womankind, which is moreso why I'd do it.

We'll have to concur (arrive at the same end via different ways) since I'm a big believer in bullies getting a taste of their own medicine.

Which is also a form of humiliating them.

In this particular case where it feels like he's maneuvered things to be in control I'm not sure that a good tongue lashing would be in order until she's gotten herself in a less dependent position (really in position to walk out the door) as none of knows enough about him to know whether or not he'd turn violent when his verbal/emotional control breaks down. Something like this could spiral out of control very fast given the right set of circumstances as any woman who's ever been abused can attest.

Were I to somehow find myself in this situation and unable to leave immediately, I'd play along while I got myself together then deliver the tongue lashing on my way out the door. Then I'd analyse the pants out of myself and the relationship to try to see what I missed (and why) the 1st time so I'd never fall for it again.

Oh I'm not really saying kat should do it, just that I'd do it for her if I could. And for the record I would beat him up too if I thought he needed it. Just sayin.'
