Apparently that meeting didn't include the heads of Apple, Boeing, Starbucks, Walmart, Amazon, Fiat-Chrysler, Verizon, AT&T, etc. etc. etc. who have all announced large bonuses, wage increases, increased hiring, and moving major production from overseas back to the U.S., while (sometimes grudgingly) admitting it was because of the tax cuts.
And while I'm not wealthy, I can see that my own IRA (no, not Irish Republican Army...) has increased in value just over 40% since Trumps election - and began shooting up in value even before his inauguration.

In fact, the markets responded from the day after election day when it became apparent that Trump beat Clinton The low where the slope of S&P 500 changed was actually October 31, 2016. Probably where more market movers (big money) started to believe Trump could actually win or at least were risking money to get in early if that happened. Source: Yahoo! Finance.

This has been an interesting thread, discussing everything from politics to great sex!
But I can tell you, the best sex I've ever had was with a woman who wasn't objectively "good in bed," but with whom I was very deeply in love; those feelings made the sex magical!

And conversely, I fell very much in love with another woman in part because the sex with her was so very good; when we were not in bed, however, we still enjoyed each other's company. But the good sex came first (no pun intended), then the love and affection.

In any event, it sounds like you need to separate from your FWB and at least get to know "gym girl" a little better. First find out if she's a Trump supporter! lol

S&P 500 was up about 41% under Obama and 24% under Trump per my analysis. I wonder how much it would have been up under Trump if a Wall Street bailout had been enacted under Trump. Remember, under Obama, a tremendous amount of money was pumped into Wall Street. It helped make Wall Street whole but didn't really help the average worker's wage that much.

I feel like sex helps make one feel more loving towards the other, at least for me
do know that I'm smiling more a few days afterwards and smiling more at him

and even more willing to overlook things that drive me nuts

That is exactly it. And of course it works both ways.
One more thing: in a good relationship, good sex leads to more sex!
It's not like, "oh, I just had dinner, I'm not hungry," but more like, "Wow, that was fun, let's do that again - soon!"

                    amy40,

Obama was and remains a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. He was a community organizer. If he had two thoughts at once, he'd of been hospitalized for concussion. He isn't smart enough to conceive one original thought.

A bigger buffoon has never so thoroughly duped Americans, although the sociopath-in-chief, Bill Clinton, was one heck of a snake oil salesman.

If you were to subtract inflation from GPD, Obama would've never had a year of growth. His policies of quantitative easing created the illusion of economic stability. But for the nearly 5 trillion bucks of funny money that he created out of thin air, the Dow would be less that half of its current value. Your kids and their kids will repay the 5 trillion bucks that Obama gave to his filthy rich homies. And you're worse off than you were when he community organized his way into the Oval Office.

Like Bill Clinton's housing policy that caused the depression of '08, when Obama's failed policies of quantitative easing, which was a 4+ trillion dollar gift to his filthy rich homies paid for by American taxpayers, begins to devour your ability to purchase first discretionary items then necessities, you'll know the pain felt by Germans under the Weimar Republic. No country has ever been able to spend its way out of economic depression. Obama was either stupid or a criminal, probably both. Hopefully, he and his homegirl, Hillary, will wind up as roommates in a Guantanamo cage.

There was an excellent reason our Founding Fathers created a republic (we're not a democracy), and why they sought to limit suffrage. Nope, it wasn't to deprive blacks of franchise. They feared poor whites who'd vote themselves largess from the US Treasury.

Our Founding Fathers were not merely the greatest assembly of mega-intelligence, they were also incredibly prescient. They knew foibles of man and their destructive forces, which was why they created a republic.

BTW, President Trump is the model politician envisioned by our Founding Fathers. They held great disdain for career politicians.

But for our two-tier justice system, Bill and Hillary and Obama would be in Guantanamo right now.

I have no clue how any relationship can long endure without sex. The better the sex, the longer it'll endure.

From my experience, women love sex as much, if not more, than men. This is especially true of women who know mind-blowing sex.

All a dude has to do is ask is g/f or wife what she wants. She'll tell him...if she trusts him. A crucial caveat: never judge a woman for her sexual expertise. Doing so will assure she'll never consider her dude trustworthy, which is a precursor to relationship termination.
