I personally think that he only told me this because I asked him how he would feel if I got a boyfriend. He took the opportunity to catch my attention just incase I was going to get a boyfriend. I think I'll ask him.

Well, he didn't talk about his girlfriend, and how that fell apart, nor the other two, only the one night stand.

I read that as, he has read deeply what you wrote here... That was your main problem.

And, he realised that, that up-set you so he has explained frankly, the only thing in your thread and posts that seems to be the key that is holding you back, and i kind of think that's grand of him as obviously, he is intelligent and has read correctly the situation...

Don't play mind games. He doesn't think your going to get a boyfriend, you wrote a thread about him?

    Think sweet.

You have your answers, you felt good, he meant them and he shared himself, after you dissing him about you spilling your guts.

How about, you just take it slowly, smile heeps knowing that he understood your thread, and take things slowly ...

Remember what ever you did the first time, 2 years passed.

    Don't make the same mistake.

Actually, he did talk about his girlfriend and how they fell apart... And I can write a thread about anyone and find someone else. I'm just that way.

I am thinking about him. Just wish he would answer his phone.

No, I did not coax him into that, he brought it up so I know he wasn't telling me something because he though I wanted to hear it.

Yes but some people also cheapen it.
But he still did it no? Sure, men might regret their past, but it's a natural urge they feel they want to follow, and they will. Whether it was right or not doesn't even factor into it.

Sure, some people cheapen it, but that's not the case with this guy from what I've read. He's slept with a few women, and if it's all about religion that you can't be together with someone who's not a virgin, then frankly you've got bigger fish to fry than relationship issues.

Chandler, I find that shockingly offensive :P , I'm all heart.

And I'm not baiting, really. I'm being serious, she should look to the future rather than the past, and if she's attracted to this guy which she clearly is then the trouble is pretty much just in her head. People who don't have sex build it into way more than it actually is.
I got what you meant. The get over his past and get on with your future stop wasting time beating a dead horse.

              I agree.

The problem is... she has certian requirements. He already doesnt meet the requirements and never will. (she wants "not used" he will forever be used. We cant get back virgin and no amount of talking about it is going to change that. SO, she needs to reevaluate her requirements or move on. If she decides she can live with him not being a virgin, which she already knows he isnt and he has already given her information on the circumstances, she needs to accept it, drop it and move forward. Keep bringing up his past and eventually he is just going to shut down, tell her to shut up or move on to someone who is secure enough in themselves to accept past is past present is me.

What is it that you want him to do? Appologize for having sex? For having the one night stand? For not saving himself for you while you were not together? Its not like he cheated on you so it cant be that you expect him to atone for something like that. You want him to tell you ever little detail of those sexual encounters, dragging the issue through the mud and throwing it back in his face until when? Are you just angry that he didnt save himself for you? Its great that you stayed a virgin when you were apart. You stay a virgin for you and your special partner but did you make a pact with him that he was going to stay a virgin? You are asking how to get over his past. Why get over it, why not just accept that he has one and if you dont like what it is, dont put yourself through the ringer for it. Your choice. His telling you what he has, he seems to have already done his part.

I feel a little beaten up at the moment. Maybe your computer doesn't update as fast as other's do or something, but I think I've stated that him and I have talked about it.
Maybe you're just not following along or something. I have no idea. We had a nice, long chat about life and us... I don't see where you got lost.

I've given up on the details. I ask him a simple question (why) and he just talks and talks. He could have a conversation with himself. I don't even want the nitty-gritty. He does it all on his own.

Also... We couldn't have made a pact to stay virgins for life because he wasn't a virgin when I met him. I have no problem with the girls he slept with before he met me. I'm talking about after the fact.

We're alright at the moment. Just chillaxing.

It's not religion that tells me not to date a guy that's not a virgin. It's what I've deduced from reading the Bible and becoming familiar with the Word and God's reasoning. He wants the best for me and I have an idea what of the best is. This guy that the WHOLE conversation is about isn't my idea, but I like him nonetheless.

Oh ok, as long as we got that cleared up.

Also, please try to do all your text in one post without triple posting.

What's the difference with women he slept before he met you compared to those after? When he saw you should he have become cellibate, waiting for your summons?

Are you a moderator here? Is this a personal request? If so, no. That's not the way I type.

Waiting for my summons? He's not my lap dog and I don't appreciate your sass. Don't question me unless it'll end up with you giving me advice because so far you're just being y towards me.

                      Thank you.
