I understand that only oneself can truly justify that his/her actions were ethically and morely correct at that very moment in time in which he/she was forced with a decision. If our belief system varies in the slightest of ways then my perception of what is ethical, TO YOU might be misconstrued as immoral and unauthentic.

Now... I've looked on multiple threads of past posters and current posters. Why is it that when man a cheats on his wife/Girlfriend he is seen as garbage and should be stoned to death but when a women cheats its seen as understood and forgiven

I understand that this is a female forum and that you try to promote female Independence and growth.

I want some female perspectives

Whether it be a male or female that is doing the cheating doesn't make it any less of an offense.

I think Women will "blame" away the man as it being his fault so much that 9 out of 10 times he thinks it is, so he forgives or tries to and probably tells no-one.

I think Women, will deny they had anything to do with the reason, it was ALL his fault when he does and tell the world, in "their" language as to what happened.

We're two different species... Women have more Emotions/Anger and are the best singers therefore as they really get into a song and dance hey..

Personally, cheating can be defined with logic and reasons if people really knew how to communicate they would understand the reasons.

I don't see cheating either way... My first did it to me and I played good cop bad cop, to the women, I was the bad cop, to him I was the good cop...

You raise an interesting point. There is a concept that is taught in courtship to which I follow and that is

Women need plausible Deniability. That means you can't be held responsible for your actions.

For example if a man says "You should come in and check out this cool new lamp i bought" Instead of "Come upstairs to my apartment" Both examples you are giving the choice to accept or deny my offer however in one of the case its not your fault you just wanted to see my cool lamp if were to have sex. Afterall, who are you to question fate.

Agreed. Women are emotional creatures and men are logical creatures.

It was just getting a little upsetting. I love to get into womens minds so i am more then happy to listen to what others have to say.

My intention with this thread is not to point fingers or even discredit this forum. So dont ban me.

I love figuring out why people do the things they do especially women. You guys are truly fascinating creatures. To which i have the deepest love for.

Someone else has posed this question... it is odd and i cant really help you understand sorry. Personally, the gender doesnt matter to me... i will tell a woman or a man that its unforgivable blah blah... if they choose to cheat.

Women, in general are more lenient towards the same sex... im guessing its simply due to the fact that we are women.. does that make sense...

I'm almost a man and I don't support men more than women in this regard. cheating is never good regardless of the gender, but that doesn't mean that there werent reasons for it. now before I get bashed, I said "reasons", not "good reasons". I'm not sure there is a good reason but maybe some that are more understandable than others.

I know some guys who have cheated and most I 100% disagree with. There are a very slim few that I also dont agree with, but can kinda understand. Still not right though....

I made a thread about this before, and it was pretty much the reason I signed up (well, used the account I had). It just boils down to the fact that women here like to support each other, they don't like to be confrontational and to preach to people - that's where I come in, eheh.

There is a massive discrepancy between how men and women are treated upon these forums, and most likely between any conversation between women, and that's not really likely to change. I'm not sure if it's encouraged by the fact that many women feel bitter about living in a patriarchal society.
