When someone makes a post, as did Autumn Leaf,
it is pretty clear that he hasn't been tired just this
week, or thristy for just this week.

We are talking about a long period of time.
    Four times in 2 years.
Dead men have greater sex drives.

    So let's see...
    everything seems alright...except he doesn't
    want sex.

Either a) he has a girlfriend
    b) he is gay
if he had some physical problem it would
    manifest in other areas.

There are other orientations than straight or gay. It might not be in line with any belief the others have, whether or not those beliefs are even based on religious morals. Keep an open mind. Like I said, if he's averse to having sex, he might just be asexual. Which is to say that he's a person who's sex drive is so low, that it is non-existent. Don't stick with the only belief, the stereotypical belief that all men will screw anything. Because it isn't that way. It's not so black and white as that. If you don't know what I mean exactly by asexual, check out asexuality.org and remember that if a person can be gay, why is it not possible for them to just not have a sex drive? We are human, we are all different.

My understanding is that there was a sex life
        previous to the post.

sometimes great husbands get privately hung up on porn & it robs their desire for their wives.

either he's gay on the down low or he doesn't find u attractive, because a young healthy man is gonna want sex from his girl most of the time, that's just natural. so counseling is good if the both of yous want to keep the marriage and keep it strong. i recommenda= a vibrator too. it's ok, i mean what else can u do? you're a young healthy woman, why wouldn't you want peasure from the man who's supposed to give it to you and likewise.

              Some ideas

Climb up on his lap and whisper what u wanna do to him if he doesnt go for it say,"fine i will go please myself" normaly they come running. U could leave him little sexy dirty notes around the house, leave voicemails about how hot he makes u, have dinner ready when he gets home and be wearing a sexy outfit or nothing if u prefer. hope they help!

Hi Autumnleaf, I don't think he is gay, this is possible but doesn't seem very likely. I think it could be the stress of bills and his job and that he may just not have such a high sex drive. Also many men masturbate so it may be that when you are thinking about it or making moves on him he has already done it to himself earlier. I am in a similar situation as you if I don't make any moves I rarely have any sex. For me its not just the need of having sex its also feeling close, feeling sexy, feeling needed by your husband, feeling loved etc etc I have explained this to him but I don't tend to get very far.
I hope things improve for you soon.

My first thought is that his testorone levels may be low. This can go hand in hand with erectile dsyfunction. Also, is he on any medications that he was not on when you were dating. A lot of medications will change a persons, both men and women's desire to have sex. Also stress will change it. You said that he has a lot of bills to pay. Do you know what your financial status is? Does he manage it all and keep you in the dark. He may be having concerns which is creating a lot of concerns for your financial wellfare and keeping his body stressed. This will inhibit desire for sex. Instead of talking to him about sex start to talk to him about what is on his mind if he has any concerns or is he stressed about anything? Ask him if there is anything that you can to do help him if he is having stress. If he is having a lot of stress and this is what is keeping him from having sex, if you start to talk to him about sex, this will create more stress for him because he will feelleven more like a failure. Try to locate the source of his lack of interest in sex before you try to do things to turn him on. These are just my thoughts.

                      Are you still here AutumnLeaf?

I stumbled upon this right now via googling, because we have the same problem. Not quite as few of times as you guys, but way less than normal. But here's the catch and scoop........ are you still there though?

go ahead and e-mail if so. But it's been awhile so I hope all has worked out for you.
