How do I stop getting mad at husband about MY own insecurities?

I know its wrong I just can't stop doing it, and once I get into one those moods there is no getting me out of it. It's like a whole new person takes over... He even says my eyes become dull dark and lifeless like they aren't even mine.. And I have been in therapy and on pills for boob issues before it doesn't do jack I just don't know what to do....

My brother tried something that really helped him. He went to therapy when he was really down and she had him carry around a tiny notebook and immediately write down any negative thought he had...then let it go. He said it worked because eventually he realized how negative he was and it got to the point where is was really conscious of his thoughts because he didn't want to get the notebook out every time and write down silly thoughts that weren't even true. It really makes you think about what's going through your head.

Do you think implants would make you feel any better?

the thing is to me it is true, Idk bout the note book thing. And I think implants would help, but I'm not gonna lie I want implants and lipo and my lips done and other things.. In short I won't be happy until I look like a Holly Madison.

I don't know who that is, but you're very attractive just the way you are. Everyone has said it, but nothing will matter until you change how you see yourself.
If you really want to fix your skewed perception of yourself, they you have to try any and everything that may help. You have to really want to change it. It's negatively affecting your life, especially your marriage, that should be motivation right there. At the end of the day it boils down to you wanting to fix the problem and being committed to making that happen.

I just made an apt with a psychiatrist.. Idk if it will help... my husband is sick of dealing he is at the point where he wants them to drug me so least he won't have to deal with it so I'm gonna try seeing someone again.
I feel like making me look like a playmate will fix it we just dont have the money for that :/

It won't fix it though, your problem isn't with how your body looks, it how your mind sees yourself. All the surgery in the world won't fix your brain, there will just be something new to be unhappy about.
You really need to focus on getting over the mental side of it. For your sake and for the sake of your marriage because a marriage can't go on like this forever and it sounds like your husband is at wits end.

                WHOA, TIME OUT.......................................

Sorry, I've read enough. I remember a post a while back where posters were posting pics of themselves. I specifically remember yours (remember you had trouble posting it). In no way, shape or form are you any of these things you claim to be. You're an extremely beautiful young lady who exudes light. God provides the vessel by which our spirit resides on this earth. There is a beauty there that is unparralled in this universe. There is no manmade procedure be it breast implants, nose jobs and so forth and so forth that can ever take the place of the beauty of one's soul.

We are more than just the shell God gives us.

It's more than just the picture posted on an internet site. Beauty is so much more that that. Beauty is within oneself, not the amount of makeup or the size of one's breasts or the size of their hips and so on. That isn't beauty by my definition nor do I suspect it's your husband's definition. The beauty of a person is their soul. No matter what you do to the outside, the inside always stays true. That my dear is my definition of beauty.
