I've never seen a super model that has any boobs at all. It's not just big fake boobies out there. And I know plenty of guys who find small women like us attractive. But that's besides the point. Pretzel is right, it's not the outside that matters at all. If the inside is all out of whack, doesn't matter what your chest looks like.
You have to truly want to make your mind better though. -
That's the attitude that makes people not want to be supportive. All of this is your choosing. Everyone here has reassured you that you are beautiful and everyone is supportive. You choose to be negative and nasty to yourself and others. Again, it's your choice and it will never change until you want it to.
I'm done here.Comment

not saying you die I'm saying my husband. He calls me so I told him I made an appt to go see a psychiatrist and he is like can't you just not be crazy? He says so what you get to go to 3 vists before your insurance runs out and then I'm stuck paying for it and I don't want to pay for you your crazy. So it was not you sorry if you thought it was.Dead animals don't equal fashion it equals crueltyComment

No worries. Honestly, I can see where he's coming from. You really have to commit yourself to making the positive changes. If you go a few times and keep the same attitude you have right now, nothing will ever change. In his defense, he's probably seen it a million times and is just at the end of his rope with it all.
How much do you want to change? Or would you rather just change the way you look and hope that your brain switches off the negative self image stuff? Because that won't happen. It's got to come from within and it's going to be hard.Comment

Hi Sally,
Your depression might have a physical cause - seeing a doctor / psychiatrist might be a good idea. A lot of people have episodes of irrational depression (I do), where even though things should be fine, they are unhappy - focus on some particular issue and turn it into a huge problem. I've certainly found myself mopey and depressed over one specific issue rather than realizing that the rest of my life is great.
I do want to comment on the particular thing that is bothering you - your breast size. I went and looked up the picture you posted back in February - you look good. Really. Not all men like women with big breasts any more than all women like men with body-builder style muscles. Some do, some don't - GREAT - that means that whatever your body style there will be lots of men who find you attractive.
Personally I prefer small breasted women moderately athletic looking women - and you qualify. In my opinion your appearance would not be improved by enlarged breasts. In fact the only change I'd suggest is that you smile.
I expect your husband finds you attractive as you are. Has he ever given any sign that he doesn't think so? Have you tried surprising him by walking into the room naked or in lingerie - I bet his jaw drops. He loves you and he hates to see you unhappy.
Please don't get plastic surgery. I know some people in that industry and it is evil. It takes advantage of beautiful young women (like you) who have been made to feel insecure about their appearance, and cuts them and stretches them to make them look more like barbie dolls. This happened to a good friend of mine - she went from being uniquely beautiful (angelic may be the best term), to looking like millions of other generic barbie dolls.Comment

Sally,
We are who we are.. I am very glad we are all different. Sure there would be a couple of things that would be fun to enhance or hide..
However, even after one does those things, 'they' remain... You are an individual, not made from a mold on an assembly line. Each of us equals more then the shell we wear. Truly look at yourself inside and out, focus on what you LIKE about you...
