Well I have a reason now, agree? In my opinion he has cheated he has taken a big step. Whether he has slept with her or not.

We were having sex and he said so passionatly "this is yours, I am ALL yours". So I couldn't help to wonder if he was thinking of going elsewhere and once we have our great sex he realizes what he needs and want is at home.

My take on that is proudness...Proud of the way he makes you feel intimately and therefore, the way you respond, and in that, telling you, it's yours he's yours.... When the sex is intimacy, and a man feels proud, he also feels loved.

He works in a Hotel, remember a year or so ago, we talked about this, it's a "social" setting, it's often all they have, themselves, as they work late shifts, double shifts, sometimes 7 days a week, flirting may always occur.

Mes is correct Torn, you view all of your past and you are bringing it into the present, consequently constantly looking to find and it will mess you up big time, if you keep living this way....

If this relationship is meant to be it will....

Give it your all, and hold your head up, and learn to trust because if anyone wants to cheat they will and if they do, walk if you can't solve it but if you don't live for your relationship in the now, and keep letting the past interfere you will drive him nuts and yourself whilst you are at it.

You are so right and your not the first person to say I am going to drive him nuts.

Change is the hardest thing to do in the world.

As, I said before, be confident, you showed him laughter, fun, a glass of wine and beautiful intimacy...that is what life is about isn't it? That feeling of wow, we had a fantastic night together, from beginning to end....

He would have felt the same..

            Confidence.....

Past is past plus you were like 13 and the boys young as well...

Your boyfriend has been with you for a long time, that wouldn't be the case if there wasn't something special between you but yeah if you keep down this disruptive path you will drive him nuts and someone else will be that sweet, woman who makes him laugh and he won't think of cheating, rather this is what I had, want and well I'm going with this, it makes me happy...

Should I just sit back and do nothing? The reason I ask is because he has been working hard and a lot of hours and I know it's work because he brings his schedule home and he smells like work (lol). Anyhow, we were texting and I told him he needs to rest so Wed. afternoon he should rest, and he says Nope, gotta come in at 5. Any other time I wouldn't think anything of this, but, I am suspicious, does he have plans with her? So I imagine I will drive by his job to see if his car is there on Wed. Am I crazy for that? I have a reason to wonder. After that maybe I can leave it alone, as long as he is really at work.

Yes you are crazy for doing that. I think you'll continue to snoop and be miserable for as long as you're with this man, or with any other man for that matter... If conversations with him about this don't solve the problem then have you considered counseling? It might take a professional to help you move past this.

In any case I do think a conversation about that text is in order. What's the point in letting your imagination run wild, just let him explain himself.

He works in a Kitchen, prep starts at 5pm, for 6pm commencement of dinners....

Ya going to drive yourself nuts

What would he think if he caught you checking to see if he was at work?

We wasn't lacking that to begin with so the question WHY he did it still remains in my head. And one spat or disagreement leads him to show interest and get her number and call her and text her? That's not cool.

Is that what happened? He then obtained her number and called her, texted her? Do you know that for sure?
