Let your hair grow back to about half an inch long and then try waxing. Wear cotton panties in the summer or try using some talc powder. There is a shave cream that is made solely to be used down there. I would search your CVS or RiteAide for it... Good luck.

              Bump Down

I had some ingrown hairs down there and it was really embarassing. I tried this stuff called "Bump Down" by a company called Barc. Let me tell you, it's the besst stufff out there. I get them on my legs too so I tried it there and it worked like a charm.

at CVS, they have a men's facial ointment called "bump patrol". it works GREAT for the bikini area...but you have to put it on right after you're done showering and toweled dry.

Yes Lostinlife. CVS is a chemist aka in the United States as a Pharmacy.

                    I sure do sympathize Swee2886,
Keeping your razor blades sharp (don’t leave them in the shower as the damp environment loves bacteria) and shaving only in the direction of the hair growth will help. It is not as close but the trade off is fewer ingrowns.

To help fade the dark spots you can also use a product that contains 2% hydroquinone.
There are many products on the market that have this ingredient, you just need to find the one that fits your budget.

Ingrowns are especially common if your hair is rather coarse down there…Laser treatment can be effective. If your hair growth is thick, you need to do the 8-10 laser treatments recommended to see good results, but even if you don’t get all of the treatments, the result will be finer, softer pubic hair and less ingrowns as well as fading of dark scars that make you feel self conscious.

I dont recommend waxing if you have thick hair growth, that can also exacerbate ingrown hairs, just making your discomfort worse.
Creativity is the ability to illustrate what is outside the box from within the box.
