    Hi Ladies;

    I'm sure you'll think I'm nuts, because I thought I was going bonkers myself. I was sitting here this morning, when all of the sudden I got a vibrating feeling in my vaginal area. Not inside the Labia, but on top of the pubic area. Feels like its undre the skin. At first I thought it was my cell phone in my pocket, until I looked at it on my desktop staring back at me. Every 10 - 15 seconds, I get a vibrating feeling. When I say vibrating, its is exactly as if you have your phone on vibrate. Has anyone out there ever experienced anythiong like this. Its driving me up a wall. There is no itching, burning, discharge, or anything liek that going on. Just a tremor every 10 - 15 seconds. This is the first time I haev ever encountered this, and it ahs already been going on now for approximately 9 hours. Any ideas?

      • Nope not crazy. Its just annoying!

        Well ladies, I have been experinencing this for about 2 months now. Of course its not as strong as it once was, but I can still feel it. Its mostly when sitting down not really doing anything. Two weeks ago I was scheduled to go and get my yearly pap smear and stuff. So I meantioned it to the nurse and she asked me if it was my phone etc. I was like no and I had been experiencing it for a while now. I told her that I thought it might have been the my birth control so I stopped using it for a month and it wasnt that cause I still felt it. She had no idea although she was very unprofessional about it at one point she asked me if I had a vibrator stuck up there. My thought was yeah I lost my vibrator and it has extended life batteries that are able to go months stong. So then when the Dr entered the room I told him about it also and well he had no clue. So I left the office not knowing much more about it then when I got there. Maybe something will come back with my test results but i'm not counting on that either. So I hope that you get better results from your dr than I did. And please pass on any information that you get it would be very helpful. Good luck!

        • Vibrating in my vagina

          I went online to see what this can be or if im losing it! I was so happy to see other people are experiencing it as well. I told my husband and he asked me if it makes me feel frisky? I said "no its just weird". I have recently started taking an over-the-counter drug call Estroven PMS. Thats about the only change I can figure. I hope that helps anyone! The only other thing I can guess is that Im turning 40 soon and maybe its some new hormonal thing? Maybe we can start a club the vibrating vaginas club. Te He!!

          • me too

            Jeeze I thought I was just crazy! I get it there as well as on my hips, like where a cell would rest in your pocket. It is the oddest thing. I have started to keep my cell in my jacket pocket and the buzzes seemed to have stopped (however they never matched up when I had a message on my phone so it wasn't the cause)

              • maybe some useful info

                whew, i feel better now that i c sum others with the same vibrations i did ask my doctor but first i thought they would be some axonal overfiring... that means as when u get those vibrations on your leg, arm, etc. or even hiccups, one of your nerves decided to start firing more than it needs. firing is usually voltage changes for stimuli conduction.
                anyway, he said its normal as well as my every now and then pinches i get down there... he is a really good doctor so i believe him.
                i started getting those vibrations just this month. i have recently had a cauterization of my cervix and was scared that it may be a side effect. when i had one i really tried to focus and figure out where exactly its coming from. i believe sometimes it doesnt even come from the vagina but from the junction of the inner thigh and the outer labia, so it may be a tendon around there too.
                hope it helps!

                • Is it like a twich or a long vibration?... I get twitches once in awhile above my lip or my eye-lid which is from stress (but never down there)....I've even had my boob twitch a few times and my doc said that we harbor stress in our sexual regions a lot of the time.... just a thought...

                  • I thought it was aliens

                    trying to communicate via my IUD when it started yesterday. That, or the copper coil picking up radio waves. But I think the IUD is actually all plastic. It happens every few minutes when I'm sitting or standing still. Not painful, not arousing, just wierd. Very reassured to hear I am not alone. There it goes again!
